Had never heard of a 'hamburg steak' before moving to Japan, but of the many I've since had, this place is amongst the best. Their actual steaks are OK but nothing special, but their main attraction is the Genkotsu Hamburg, and it never disappoints.The restaurant is always smoky on account of all the hamburgs being charcoal grilled, but that's to be expected. Usually have to wait a bit, but never too long, and it's always worth it. Have been many times, will go many more.

Went there in the afternoon with my friends and that was a wonderful experience. This is one of the most famous stake chain in Japan and the special thing with them is that they use fresh meat from their factory to make the steaks. Owing to that you cannot find their shops all over the Japan except only in Shizuoka Prefecture where they have their factory. Place is bit far from Tokyo but yet it is great if you really miss delicious steaks

美味しいと評判のさわやかさんに初訪問。炭火で焼いた250gのハンバーグは食べごたえありのボリューム。ハンバーグにジューシーさが不足し、個人的には特筆するほど美味しいとは思えなかった。それにしても、フライングガーデン、ハングリータイガーとコンセプトも料理も激似。いったい何処のお店が本家なんだろう？

静岡でしか食べられない、あのハンバーグの有名なさわやか。御殿場インター店などは東京から一番近いので死ぬほど(開店直後で2時間待ち)混みますが、ここは日曜11:30で50分待ちとリーズナブルです。ただ、周りに時間潰す場所が何もないんだよなー。

ＪＲしずおか駅より歩いて約５分。立食スタイルのチェーン店。最近ＮＹにも出店したそうです。ランチで「ワイルド・ステーキ」をいただきました。ココはステーキの量を選べるところが良いと思います。とってもおいしかったです。また来たいな。
