Romantic Fall Getaway
Reviewed By 280lynelltI really enjoyed our 4 day hubby and wife Romanticgetaway. The 11-15 Villa #7817. Perfect view especially at night. Whatever was our concerns it was dealt with immediately. Nice conversations with Roque, Rudy and Santiago. They really made the difference in our stay and rating. The room is perfect size for a few days. It has a full kitchen and since we are on special diets and I love to cook, We found out that it is conveniently not too far from Supermax, which is a very great super market in old San Juan. We used Uber to get around. Uber ride from SJU was $8, to Supermax was $5, to Jose Enrique Restaurant on Ashton $4. So its a great location over looking the Lagoon. Do I recommend this property for other couples romantic getaway, yes I do. Absolutely a great time. Paco is the 5th generation peacock that was an extra bonus to see.

No thank you for the restaurant
Reviewed By Bamn12345I came here to eat this past weekend with my family and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a Mojito that was nothing much but a splash of passionfruit with a lot of club soda. Decided to switch my drink and order a piña colada. Disappointed because you could barely taste the alcohol that I requested and I’ve never had a piña colada with no flavor. Finally the biggest disaster was the steak that I ordered. I ordered a medium rare steak that was raw on the edges. I could barely cut it and when I finally did and took a bite, it was ICE cold. It literally felt cold to the touch as if it was taken out of a refrigerator. My waitress and the rest of the staff there were very nice and polite but I will never go there again. Horrible experience

Cozy and Charming
Reviewed By faexplorerI found my stay to be clean, comfortable and relaxing. They provide an easy no contact door code check-in, but were quick to respond by text if I had a question. The room was super clean, the sheets soft and smelled great. I stayed in the Bambu room where I did not find it necessary to use the AC, as it has a great fan. In the mornings I’d crack the shutter window open a bit to the courtyard and listen to the birds while sipping coffee (there’s a machine in the room but bring your own coffee). I have to emphasize I was very impressed at how clean the room was considering all the surfaces that could collect dust but we’re not dusty. I would definitely stay there again.
