It serves as both the capital of the department of Chimaltenango and the municipal seat for the surrounding municipality of the same name. The place is very good, is well decorated and good music where one can chill and relax. The food and drinks are average, I was expecting to try different type of rums and a little bit of explanation (similar to a wine cellar) but that doesn´t exist there.Service is very bad, the order took forever (more than 20 minutes to bring us drinks and 45 minutes to bring us the food) and they even got the food wrong.

Fantastic rooftop terrace overlooking the city and volcanos. We actually visited three times in just two days. In the day for drinks and lunch and for drinks in the evening.
