Breakfast is excellent here many different choices i would recommend the ladies breakfast very special! Afternoon coffee & cake is also Excellent many different cake choices. The bakery is also very good too many breads & semmels to choice from!

Nachdem man die Kirche besucht hat sind es nur ein paar Schritte zum Kirchenwirt. dem einzigen Lokal in Kirchental. Hier wird man freundlich empfangen. Wir mussten allerdings nach ca. 10 Minuten eine Kellnerin abfangen und fragen, ob wir denn eine Speisekarte bekommen könnten. (Es war nicht sehr voll). Ich habe eine Salatschüssel mit Ziegenkäse bestellt. Der Käse bestand aus ein paar draufgestreuten Krümeln und der grüne Salat war uralt (mit braunen Stellen da, wo es weiss oder hellgrün sein sollte). Ich habe das der Chefin gesagt und keine Entschuldigung, sondern nur Ausreden gehört - der Salat sei gestern ganz frisch angeliefert worden. Allerdings hat sie dann angeboten, dass ich gratis zum Salatbüffet gehen könnte.

We stayed for two nights whilst on a motoring holiday. Our room was very good, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The restaurant offers traditional Austrian cuisine, which offers a good menu choice. Well presented and delicious. The hotel is set in its own garden with ample parking in the centre of the quiet village of Unken. An excellent small hotel in all respects, ideal for touring or walking holidays. We can recommend this hotel to you. We will be going back.

Wir haben dort auf unserer Wanderung Richtung Seehornsee Rast gemacht. Netter Chef, rustikale Atmosphäre, leckere Gerichte zeichnen diese Jausenstation aus.GroÃer AuÃenbereich, aber auch innen sehr nett gemacht.Wir haben einen Wurstsalat gegessen und ein Bierchen getrunken. Bier war kalt, Salat war gut angemacht und hausgemacht. Alles bestens, klare Empfehlung!
