Surprising changes on my last visit to BB, some good...some less so. Waiting time after ordering was an unbelievable 10 minutes (down from a maddening HOUR or more on a normal weekday). The meat patty was not the same quality as a few months ago: very compact and industrial-looking, completely tasteless. Have they sacrificed quality in order to solve their waiting time problem? I'd be curious to hear from other customers.

The food is standard. Had to send back my steak three times to have it cooked properly, ended up having my fillet cooked well done to make it easy. Used to be great, tasty bagel, nice and welcoming staff. It seems management has changed, you can be lucky as some bagels are rather good but others almost not eatable,.. price outrageous for a bagel and expect to pay more than 15 euros with a drink, to add to that staff is not as welcoming and kind as used to be.. place is often packed, but if avoid peak time and manage to find a spot, nice atmosphere though. Still okay, but not as special as used to be.... and since competition is becoming fierce in the area...

I came to this recommended place with high expectation. There was space though I had not made a reservation. I was given the option to wait for a space to free up while a couple coming in after me with a reservation was offered the available table of four. Prioritizing couples over solos? It was a sad experience that could have been handled differently. A chance to reflect.

This is clearly not the place to visit if you are on a diet...Not because they do not serve healthy food... but because the fragrance of their food is literally tantalizing..Everything has an incredible taste, most of the times exceeding expectations.Nice welcoming environment, super great flavors... they both make you feel super good.Price is really nice too.Go for it
