Along side with my girlfriend and on the way to the Sahara desert we stopped by leaving petit prince restaurant in M'hamid the last village right before the Sahara desert. We have to say we were warmly welcomed by the super friendly staff and we were very pleased with the quality of food they offer more over we were surprised by the fact that they have really good internet on the spot so we had the chance to post our photos and contact our families. After spending two lovely hours talking to the staff we decided to go with them on a 4*4 excursion to erg chegaga which is the highest dune in the Region. We had the most amazing time we could ever expect in Morocco, amazing organization and super friendly company. I highly recommend let petite prince cafe for its food and also for their organisation of desert excursion. Thank you so much you made our experience better and we promise we will go back as soon as possible. Thank you very much to take on your time to write down your so kind comment regarding your stay with us. It is always a real pleasure to read that appreciated what we did.Anyway, we hope to welcome you again during your next travel in M'hamid.Kind regards, abdoul Owner café le petit prince

Had a great lunch here - Abdul front of house very welcoming and his wife Lalaaicha in the kitchen a great local cook. I looked in her three fragrant cooking pots and chose the chicken with preserved lemons and olives - delicious. With my best freshly cooked chips/ potato fries for a long time. Not a great location but great food and welcome.

The food was tasty and the restaurant had a nice roof terrace. We went for a lunch and were offered a nice menu with a starter salad and a dessert+tea included.

As the only cafe serving lunch today we were surprised by the simple but tasty food.... we were not pestered to go in and as we sat down someone wiped our table clean, as it is very dusty around here.... a good start... We ordered, and bread, olives and harissa arrived quickly... followed by piping hot metal tagines.... chicken and meat with prunes... both really tasty.... plus HOT fries with ketchup and mayo... weird but very welcome.... We ordered Panache, mixed fruit juices, which was lovely... The bill was 95MAD (£7.40 at current exchange rates).... brilliant value, hence the 5 stars.... we will be back, Inshallah!
