Went there for dinner last night - 100% recommended. We had the small serve mixed plate, seared tuna (perfect) & a salmon crispy roll. The presentation was fantastic and the seafood fresh and beautiful English speaking waiter was very helpful and friendly with good recommendations on what to try. The pisco Sour was pretty good too!!

Solid Japanese food (slightly slanted towards different variations of California roll and tempura). Good miso soup. Japanese food-favoring family happy. Great interesting desserts (especially for kids), including fried-tempura ice cream and this interesting dish where they freeze fruit pure with liquid nitrogen. Great view of lake, as with most Puerto Varas restaurants.

Sunny terrace with a very friendly host. We had temaki sake, temaki ebi and ebi rock (starter). The food was fresh and of good quality. Fresh and delicious ginger and a choice of two kinds of Kikoman soy sauce. The only thing missing was a chili sauce accompanying the fried shrimps. Otherwise: spotless visit!
