We just had a glorious meal at Cinnamon in SaPa Vietnam. Beautiful salmon with a delicate sauce. The pork stir-fry with mushrooms and onions was also delicious. An avocado smoothie was to die for. Lovely happy staff and a quiet ambience. We thoroughly recommend this dining experience.

Spring rolls!!! Must eat!This is the only restaurant I went there twice for my meals. 4D3N trip, I regretted only ate twice of their spring rolls that cook with soul. Chicken spring rolls is extremely highly recommended! The skin is so thin like a piece of tissue and yet you can still taste its crunchiness on the outer! Big portion they serve, two of us can have 3 pieces each! I was so happy to be able to eat "world class" spring rolls here in Sapa. I checked second time with his staff, he shown me the right one. I have shared in the photos below. I've bought a few packs back to Singapore and Malaysia for my friends and family, I've tried making it with the Vietnam coffee brewer, they taste exactly good as the one they made for me. I love this restaurant so so much. Please people, go try it! I'm have no relations with the owner, not a share holder and no commission.
