We ate here twice during our visit to Hidafurukawa... And both times felt so welcome. The hostess and her family served us the freshest of food and even surprised us with serving us some fresh Japanese leafy vegetable (sounded like adzuchina?!?) in tempura which was Oishīdesu!!!!We loved it here.

We enjoyed a dinner for four friends here, was an amazing night experiencing the freshest sushi and Japanese culture. We enjoyed the ‘Chef’s selection’, to which we were given 8-10 pieces of sushi. There was no English menu, our japanese friends provided translation. May be difficult for non-japanese speakers but worth the effort. Highly recommend.

昔からある蒸し寿司の専門店です。甘めに味付けされた具材を酢飯に混ぜ込んで蒸すのですが、珍しくてなかなか美味しかったです。春慶塗の器も素敵ですね。店構えは一見普通のお家のようなので、つい見落としてしまいました。
