My husband and I shared a salad, pizza and carbonara. Light and tasty dressing on a fresh green salad. Thin crust pizza was yummy. The carbonara was deliciously rich and creamy.

Conveniently located up in the mountain. This is the go to place for cheap and delicious food when you are hungry from skiing. Just simply buy the tickets from the vending machine for what you want to eat, go to the station, give them the ticket and the staff will start to prepare your food. Lots of seats. This place is catered for large crowds yet operates at the usual japanese efficiency. Very well managed food court.

Nicely decorated, fairly new restaurant in Echigo-Yuzawa station. Good service always, and i really like the spaghetti with garlic clam-sauce. Ordered that dish several times during our trip. They also had some kind of saké marinated beef last time wich was expensive but good. They have good cappuccino too. Recommended.
