Wer hier in dieser wunderbaren Natur Urlaub macht, muss dieses Restaurant im Schwimmbad unbedingt besuchen. Wir sind begeistert von der Herzlichkeit, dem urigen Ambiente und dem leckeren Essen. Absolute Empfehlung und einen lieben Gruà an das gesamte Team, welche alle mit einer Freundlichkeit und groÃen Aufmerksamkeit bei jedem Gast sind. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder bei unserem nächsten Urlaub.

When I visit Obervellach for couple of days with my girlfriend this restaurant was our favourite :) They made really good pizza, like vegetarian, tuna, pikant , and '' house pizza'' - this one is the Best ! :) Also Gordon Blue is good choice. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They also have a terrace from which is beautiful view of the mountains and tennis courts.

We ate here largely by accident, but am so glad we did. It turned out to be one of the best meals of our whole Austrian holiday. The simple "ofenloch" potato dish comprised two enormous, crispy jacket potatoes, with a delicious sour cream, yogurt, herb and bacon topping which, for the price, was simply incredible value. The "Steirische" potato was a single jacket potato, served as above, but with a huge portion of steaming hot vegetables AND two very generous pork medallions which were seasoned and cooked to perfection. This restaurant simply serves delicious food at a very very fair price. The dining area had a great ambience and the owner came out from behind the grill to talk to us about our travels, our plans and to ensure we had everything we needed. It made the whole experience very enjoyable and upheld the traditions of Austrian hospitality. Highly recommended, and if we were staying longer, we would definitely make a return visit. No question! Go. You won't regret it.
