This restaurant ticked all the right boxes, good food, nice atmosphere, good and friendly service, comfortably priced and not rushed. Itâs not often Iâll visit a restaurant more than once on holiday, but I visited here twice, and would have considered a third had there been time.Best lamb kleftico Iâve ever eaten.

This bar (which does basic food) is on the square in Georgioupolis. It's a great place for a pre-dinner drink where you can watch the passing crowds while drinking your favourite tipple and nibbling on the complimentary nuts or crisps. Joseph, the owner, is very friendly and, when we were there last week, went out of his way to find a table for us when it was very busy.You can see Premier League football etc...Well worth a visit! We went most nights we were in resort.

We were recommended the place by a good Greek friend of ours who recently took his family there to eats and said the cooking was excellent.The place has only just opened this year and looking at the menu there is a selection of traditional with a modern twistThe red wine on offer was full bodied and palatable, our starters were tasty and seasoned well, but it was our mains which blew us away. I had pork, which was tasty, a man sized potion with a mustard source served with roasted potatoes, apart my wifeâs and own mother, the pork was as tasty and lean as I have ever tasted. My wife had King Prawns in white wine and served on a bed of orzo, she said it tasted lovely. The hosts where very personal and attentive. Price wise, good value I would sayHere is a fledgling business needing the support of people who want to try something new. Please join the crusade and help this taverna, I know one thing I will be going back next year
