We were the first time in this 'Berghaus' which consists of a hotel and a traditional restaurant. The owners and the service were very friendly. The place was rather busy and we were the only foreigners. The two of us each enjoyed a Wienerschnitzel with French fries and a mixed salad. All good quality and honest food at a great price. The restaurant is a casual sit down service with views to the valley and the almost monumental Kanisfluh mountain on the other side. The final bit of the road which leads to the restaurant is narrow and in parts one lane only. However, it is worth the trip if you are in the area.

Have eaten here before and this place is still as good as I remember it. Pasta dishes were excellent for lunchtime - well presented and good quality ingredients. Service was efficient and friends. Will always return.
