Immortalized by Hemingway in “Islands in the Stream,” Cayo Guillermo is perched on Cuba’s north coast between the Bay of Dogs and the Atlantic. It is home to four all-inclusive resorts. This place had the best lobster I have ever had. So fresh, delicious, and very inexpensive. The sides are great and plentiful but definitely the star of the show is the lobster. The views are are also to die for. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Hello, I stayed at this hotel August 4-11/19 the hotel grounds are kept clean and well manicured. Beautiful beach except for some seaweed on beach. Some of the staff very friendly and many not so much especially the chefs , wanting to have my pasta sautéd in a sauce and then the cook disappeared left me waiting, the food at each meal the same boring thing . Needs to have a variety of Different foods not the same food at all meals. Also key to safe didn’t work midway through the week, mini bar not replenished for 2 days complained to guest services they said they would inquire with the associate responsible. Also ac leaked onto floor a lot of water spoke to room attendant she didn’t seemed to concerned then I had spoke to a gentleman with her and explained it’s not a drizzle it’s a damn river, then they came and their attitude changed.
