It's a small restaurant run by a couple. It offers German cuisine in a lighter and more sophisticated version (if you'd like a pork knuckle with fried potatos - I am afraid this is not going to happen in 30s Weinbistro), like a chantarelle cream soup, a cold soup made of a cucumber and bit of wasabi, a ratatouille with local cheese in millefeuille crust, etc. Just make sure you don't miss home made sorbets - they are unforgettable!

We had the three-course menu with asparagus soup, pork with green asparagus risotto. The recommended white wine from the waitress was very good.Simply: Great and friendly service and very good food from start to finish.The prices are more than fair and the atmosphere in the new and renovated restaurant is nice. In summer time there are also tables outside at the terrace. Go there if you are in MeiÃen!

ist es ein Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche! Wir hatten uns einen Platz im Garten gesucht . Das Restaurant selber befindet sich im Keller eines ehemaligen EInkaufszentrums gegenüber einer "Bahnhofsruine". Parken kann man jedenfalls gut. Dann überraschen Service und Karte. Beides sehr professionell. Die Karte ist nicht groÃ,dafür gut ausgewählt.Und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles frisch,super angerichtet und sehr schmackhaft. Wir kommen auf jeden fall noch einmal wieder und weitere Kreationen zu probieren.
