Stopped here for hot drinks and a delicious cinnamon bun while en route to Clearwater. Friendly welcome and cheerful service. First hot coffee my husband had tasted since our arrival in Canada, everywhere else they had been tepid! Seating inside and out, with lovely flowers around. Meals served to others looked good too, wish we had stopped for lunch !

Tried the new cookhouse on Main St. loved the former Dinaâs Restaurant. I am afraid the service was poor although the servers were engaging. I had the chicken cordon bleh. Was the special and had a large chicken breast that was overdone and a bit dry. There were a handful of potatoes on the plate as well as half a dozen asparagus spears. The food was underwhelming and overly expensive. My wife had the chicken souvlakia that was also dry with an abundance of rice and pita bread. Again overly expensive and underwhelming. They are just open but will need to either increase the quality of the foos or decrease the price or both. Wonât be going back again.
It's a small restaurant more suitable for take-aways than eating in, yet still good for couples or small parties. Good selection of Pizza, bread crust or thin. The menu has loads of options from a 4 pizza party pack to a simple 2 off choice. The wings sounded interesting but I'd buy the 1Lb if I was going that route. I chose 2 small pizzas (you have to have 2 otherwise they ding you with a premium) Never mind, the small ones were good for 2 people no problem. I'd guess 2 would feed 4 if you just wanted an after dinner couch potato snack for the game. The Greek was well loaded and the super duper tasted good too. They deliver within 10 mins of the restaurant too. Great for all sorts. If you are staying in one of the motels in town, delivery is a great option. I'm not sure if a whole team could fit in the restaurant though. Don't miss this place when in Lillooet.
