This was very well arranged, they contact you to confirm pick up time and let you know if they will be slightly early/late. The cars were very clean and tidy, they explained everything about what will happen on arrival at the events and were very friendly, helpful and talkative. I highly recommend using this company. We also used this firm to do the salt mine tour and our transfers to and from the airport. Thank you lads, you helped us have an even better holiday.

I booked this tour last minute. When I showed up at the tour meet up spot the bus was not there for whatever reason. One of the other drivers said he knew the company. He said that the tour he was giving was the same tour. He had me tag along because he has extra seats. I didn’t feel like an inconvenience or uninvited at any time. Shoutout to Marek for Inviting me his tour and making this day possible for me. The guide book was awesome and you definitely get your value for your money. Would highly recommend so you don’t have to worry about the everyday stresses involved with exploring a new tourist attraction. The book was really informative and I loved going at my own pace.

We were looking forward to our guided tour and were not disappointed. It was wonderful to get so close to history. Every point of our tour meaningful, well explained and many of our questions were answered. Our tour guide’s English was excellent. We really appreciated professionalism and time management. Everything (excluding street parking, which is clearly out of anyone’s control) was very well planned.

Jarek is perhaps the nicest, most humble and appreciative chauffeur I've ever known. He is such a good driver I just had to shake his hand and let him know he was just that - a good, nay, an amazing driver. I am very sad that we, during our last day in Poland, didn't get Jarek as our chauffeur because I wanted to give him a proper thanks. He had the most genuine smile on his face and never let his face frown. I genuinely aspire to become more like Jarek. Jarek if you are still out there, thank you.
