I booked a suite with two floor it was big and convenient Especially the bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the garden and also the living room down all the walls has a view to the garden and also there a kitchen that you can cook your meals there. out side there a football and volleyball play ground and a children's play area. the beach is near and also there a very good restaurant.

We are a resort in the heart of Jeddah, our location is in the luxury district of Jeddah (Alkhalydyah). We have three choices of villas, one bedroom villa and 2 bed room villa plus suites for couples. Shared swimming pool and lounge plus terrace. We are just across the street from Saudia Aviation Academy and Saudi Airlines city. We are about 15 min from King Abdulaziz Airport and 5 min from beach.

Reviewed By James AAs the title states, they have a great staff. VERY friendly and helpful which is a big plus for any establishment. The rooms/villa itself is showing wear and tear, which looks like years of neglect. My first day there, the shower overflowed and the drain had to be cleaned out. In the small kitchen area [downstairs], there is an electrical plug that did not work and had to be replaced and the plug over the faucet by the sink, is about ready to come out of the wall, so be careful. Going up the stairs to the sleeping, bathroom area, as you look up, you can see water damage on the ceiling. There is a bathroom downstairs too, but the toilet seat is coming off. Inside that bathroom is a washer/dryer combination, which is a great plus. They have a swimming pool and a recreation area where you can get snacks. All in all, it wasn't too bad of a stay except, for what I stated, a lot of work needs to be done to the rooms.

Reviewed By Paul DI like staying here when on a busy working trip to Saudi. It’s relaxing with a nice pool, gym, restaurant & shop. Staff are great ? Most meetings are within 30 - 60 minutes drive from this location depending at what time you leave.

A fully furnished luxury villas and first grade furnished apartment in the middle of scenic raghdan forest in al baha(KSA). al baha is a cool mountain resort with year round cool weather.all hotel service are available to guest without any additional charge. al baha's most famous al bustan BBQ restaurant is part of our compound.

Reviewed By Faraz SIts located right beside the entrace to Raghdan Forest Park in Al Baha and has several villas that you can rent. During August 2015 we visited on a weekend and found the rates to be as high as 980 SAR per day for a 2 bedroom villa. But it'll be much cheaper after the school holidays end. Every villa has a nice private sitting area in the its own garden, bench outside the villa to sit and enjoy the view and weather, parking space and a beautiful big garden in the center of the complex where you can walk, relax, have lunch or simply spend some time with your family admiring the nature! The rooms however needed maintenance. The floor wasnt very clean, the carpet couldve been properly vacuumed and sadly, people had thrown trash around the villas which was not nice to see in such a beautiful setting. There's only one Air condition in the living room so do check the weather before staying there. or you can simply open the windows and let the cool breeze do the work! :) Down the road you will be in the city center with all the restaurants and shops to buy stuff and food. we found several turkish, arabic and pakistani restaurants that had amazing food for take away. Overall its a much better place to spend time if you're coming to Al Baha, rather than staying in a closed apartment where you cant feel the nature around you. Worth it!

Reviewed By Mazen Dخدماتهم فندقية, الاثاث مودرن و نظيف. الشاطئ نظيف ولكن يعيبه عند الدخول الى البحر بوجود صخور تعيق استمتاعك بالبحر. يوجد مسبح خاص للفلل. الاسعار غالية و مبالغ فيها. مناسب في الاجواء الباردة المعروقة لمدينة جدة
