Reviewed By morebrookOur visit to this amazing resort was a big surprise. We received a grand tour and the manager showed us one of the villas. The 3 storie Appartment has 3 bathrooms, separate toilets, 3 kitchen and 3 spacious living room. First floor has a balcony that has a nice view on the Center park, playgarden and outside terrace. Ground floor has a indoor heated swimming pool and a outside courtyard. A lovely place to stay

Noisy hotel
Reviewed By 113ahmedbThe location is good, but the room needs maintenance. Very noisy, you can't sleep because of the 24-hr noise of neighbors, and the administration doesn't respond to your complaints or interfere. Also limited paparking lots. I wouldn't come back to this hotel in the future.

Comfortable feel-good place to stay in Abha
Reviewed By CZubairMy family and I got the hotel booked at the last moment as the best available option at the moment of booking. The entire city was almost sold out because of the Eid holidays. I was happy to get a 'five star' (according to booking.com) at 600 SAR per night, I was quite skeptical though. The ratings and reviews made me confident while I had to cancel Mercure at the same destination because of atrocious reviews. Blue Inn turned out to be a Four-Star property, one of the first things I checked with them during check-in. Check-in was smooth and Fast. Mr. Ramadan was gracious and pleasant and considered my request to place us on the top floors. Though I had inadvertently booked twin rooms, they were so pleased to change the room with a king bed without any inhibition although it's a very high-demand season. One of the perks of arriving early for check-in, I do this all the time whenever I'm on a pleasure trip. The lobby is compact, however, the reception looked a little congested with the way they arranged the lobby. No welcome drink. Untrained non-hospitality-friendly guards. The sleep quality was very good. AC was smooth, although I felt a bit of a hiccup towards the end of the night, perhaps, humidity does it. Nothing worth complaining about. The carpet in the corridor and rooms are well maintained. The washroom is neat, a little improvement could have been done with a closed shower cubicle so that we could enjoy a dry washroom throughout. The towels were fresh and smooth. The quality of the toiletries could have been better with the same pricing if a cheaper packaging is considered, after all, it's disposable. Their restaurant, The Roof, seemed notable in the mountain city with an amazing view. The food was surprisingly good, I must say very good considering the averaging pricing. It indeed is a very good strategy rather than spiking the price unprecedentedly like in most Saudi hotels where people ended up not even considering going to the restaurant. The chef knows what he's doing, however, a little attention to the minute details viz salt and spices would render the best. Also, the captains who take the order should have been more attentive to the details which would improve the experience very much. It was very courteous of them to offer us a complimentary cheesecake and Arabic coffee after the dinner when I gave them my feedback. The pool in the basement is adequate with lockers, changing rooms, a steam bath, and showers. However, the cold pool was a turn-off considering the mostly-cold weather conditions, it should have been a warm pool. The pool towels had an excruciating stench of chlorine and they were quite run-down. The lifeguard was seen one day as all. The hotel has adequate gated private parking that is easily accessible, unlike some hotels where the basement parking is an exhausting affair. The hotel's location is excellent, and many tourist spots viz Art Street is within walkable distance. 'Tolie' - a Turkish Restaurant within half a mile from the restaurant is a great place to enjoy your dinner with a beautiful view. Considering the ascents and curvy roads, and scarce parking it may be better to take a walk than take your car to the nearby attractions.

Reviewed By Racan A... and you don’t happen to live on a compound, then Goot is probably one of the better options. Hotel style (i.e room service)... very nice chalets. They do need a little do up, they are pricy, but otherwise really worth it. Usually SAR 3000 on weekends and in high season during Eid.

Reviewed By 100asmaحجزته ليلة واحدة بعد عودتنا من املج التصميم جميل ومرتب والاثاث فاخر ونظيف . مناسب لنا ثلاثة كبار . غرفة رئيسية كبيرة بخزائن وكواية وطاولة كوي وحمام وادوات عناية شخصية .الفوط مغلفة . طلبنا بطانيات واحضروا لنا بطانيات نظيفة .الارائك بالصالة احداها طويلة والاخرى قصيرة مناسبة للنوم . ثلاجة وغلاية وشاي ومجلى. لايوجد صحون ولا سكاكين ولما طلبناها من الاستقبال لم يوفروها لنا. النت ضعيف جدا لايعمل . اشكال السكن ثلاثةاما شرفة اومسبح او بدونهما. موقف سيارة قريب من الغرفة . مسبح خاص بالغرفة .مسبح مشترك كبير . حديقة وجلسات ومطل . شاطىء كبير يوجد به عدة انشطة عامة دبابات وخيول ودراجات ومثلجات .يوجد مسجد صغير . الحجز مع الافطار لشخصين فقط والثالث يدفع 50 ريال . يمكن استئجار اكثر من غرفة وتكون مفتوحة على بعض للعائلات الكبيرة. مكان الافطار كبير واسع مرتب اثاثه جميل جدا . اعجبني وجود علب ماء على طاولات الاكل . يوجد حواجز . لا يوجد عصير او فاكهة طازجة. لا يوجد مغسلة او دورة المياه بالقرب من قاعة الافطار. النزول للشاطىء غير مناسب لذوي الاحتياجات . اذا ذهبت لينبع مرة اخرى ساسكن هنا وانصح احبابي.

Everyone needs a place to lay their weary head. For travelers visiting Taif, Toot House is an excellent choice for rest and rejuvenation. Rooms at Toot House provide a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a sofa. Taif is also known for some great parks, including Al Rudaf Park, Al-Anoud Park, and Al Faisaliah garden, which are not too far from Toot House. Toot House is sure to make your visit to Taif one worth remembering.

Reviewed By Tas193Below average stay. Could be cleaner. Constant noise and thumping sounds all night. No idea where they were coming from. Huge sound proofing issues. Lukewarm water at best. Smell from bath room. Poor customer service. Staff do not look happy to serve. Bed sheets left un ironed, which makes it look very creased and messy. Electrics seemed to be an issue. Many of the functions worked in room 108. Fridge was terribly noisy. A very thin mattress provided for a child. In Winter on a stone cold floor this wasn’t ideal. 2 provided upon request. Positives - comfortable bed. Free Arabic coffee and dates upon checkin. Lady at checkin spoke good english and was very friendly and professional. Male at night didn’t speak english so difficult to communicate. Limited secure free parking available. Parking is available on the street in front of the hotel. We were under the impression there would be a buffet breakfast available. However we were served a tray of breakfast items in the room. No coffee. Only black tea. And options alternate between 2 days, so you get what you get. Although what we were given on the first day of our stay was decent. The second day we had to leave at 7am, and after requesting an early breakfast staff were unable to provide one. Seems that the breakfast is ordered in from outside, arranged on a tray and brought to your room. Most likely would not stay here again

Reviewed By pieterindiaThe Villa is centrally located and well priced. The rooms are spacious with a small kitchen. The bathroom is very small with only a shower. Its walkable distance to restaurants and coffeeshop and two malls. The staff is helpfull and friendly.
