Reviewed By Ashuu55Lovely, lovely place. Our family group of 15 had a whale of a time. The pool was where we had most fun...especially the younger lot. Rakesh and his team were wonderful. And the food was simply excellent.

It is luxury accomodation in a modern and ethnic setting. Fully furnished with the taste of a modern traveler. It is a luxurious home away from home. The food served is original indian cuisine and one can take cooking lessons free of charge. There is a unparallel level of service with a great personal touch. Bon fires and bar lounge are a delight.

Reviewed By jimrockA great place to stay.We stayed there in October 2007 and must say we were only too fortunate to have found them through a common friend.The owners live there and have a great taste themselves.The food is just amazing and one can try out severla new dishes.You cant expect anything better than that. It is luxury yet reasonable and very exclusive.

Rude, scandalous, pathetic
Reviewed By Sher_KaviI booked the Om Villa on telephone for 3 foreign nationals, our corporate guests and avid travellers who wanted to stay in a "local guest house" and not a five star hotel. The guest house had majorly old and cheap furniture but seemed decent for a one night stay. Initially the AC wasn't working but after some time it did start working. The generator did not power the AC it seems. After dumping the luggage, I took my guests out for dinner and further corporate appointments. Sometime later I received a call from the owner who very rudely told me to take the guests away as they weren't allowed to keep foreigners and were scared that they might get into trouble. Apparently the receptionist wasn't informed well enough. After many arguments, I told him that I will return after 3 hours to take the luggage away and check out. In turn, I was rudely threatened by the owner who said that he's a localite and a lawyer and wanted me to take the luggage away within one hour. I repeatedly told him that it's not possible to return within an hour, but he kept on calling and threatening me with his 'contacts'. Eventually, I had to postpone my work and return with my guests. The owner was not even present in person to apologise. The service was not just pathetic on hospitality grounds, but also humanitarian.

Worst Experience: Never Select this hotel: Mr. Sameer worst person
Reviewed By garhwaliyaFirst of all, I will say never ever select this hotel. There are lots of issue here. I am writing worst experience in below points. The staff of this hotel will stare you if you are with your family or your partner. Specially Front office staff Mr. Sameer is very rude, very bad attitude, very Non-supportive attitude and what else I can add. 1. First they declined my booking by saying that they have not received my booking. When I called to Yatra and after sometime he agreed to give the room at 1AM. 2. He gave the shoebox room or I can say servant quarter. It felt like we were staying here free of cost. 3. My booking was 6 days long but he did not care at all. 4. The room and bathroom was very badly smelling. I called Sameer but there was No use. 5. Bathroom wall which were dirty with bad smelly things. Not sure what is this? 6. See the condition of this in photos. Room was too small, Room was in Basement, Room was complete dirty, See the condition of the room lots of mess of wire 7. There was cleaning material outside my room 8. See the condition of wall in the room. Worst thing 9. There is all time night party in the terrace of hotel so expect No sleep in night. Else buy your ear bud before coming to this hotel. Conclusion: 1. Worst hotel to stay 2. Not good for family, friends, couple 3. Not good for hotel staff 4. Not good for sleep 5. Location is also in isolation. 6. Worst breakfast
