Hotel description Comfortable and located on the first line hotel in Kobuleti. The hotel is located a few steps from the sea. The hotel has 2 buildings and a swimming pool. Before the hotel there is a beach with free sun loungers and umbrellas. The price includes breakfast. In the summer months, breakfast and lunch are included in the room rate. Above the sea there is a cafe-bar where you can enjoy the sea breeze and order delicious Georgian dishes. The cafe is very cozy and has a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel also has a large and beautiful courtyard with gazebos where you can enjoy a morning coffee. On site, there is a children's playground and a place for playing billiards and table tennis. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful.
Terrible service at beach-side restaurant
Reviewed By HernandoColonWe went there only for food at the beachside restaurant. We were six adults and 6 children... we ordered some salads and meat dishes as well as 7 Ajarian Khachapuri... Service was bit slow, but not too bad - but when food arrived, my wife found a piece of sharp glass inside Khachapuri (she bit into it). We complained, and they agreed to replace it, however, soon after another adult bit into another piece of glass inside her Khachapuri... I got very angry and demanded a manager to explain, however only a waiter arrived with apology. I got so angry, that I went to manager myself and demanded to question the chief why there were sharp pieces of glass in Khachapuri... I shouted at them and told them I would have them closed down if glass turned up in any of kids dishes. The owner turned up and didn't offer any explanation. I am sure kitchen staff all knew what and when got broken, and knew exactly why glass was in the cheese/dough, but the chief and the manager were terrified of the owner and would not admit to anything. I told them they should have thrown away the contaminated ingredients and should have started afresh, instead they took the risk of hospitalising guests. We had to stop eating mid way as there was a serious danger. I refused to pay at all and left very angrily. They were very unprofessional, prioritising money over customer safety. Unacceptable.

На территории растут апельсины, киви, лимоны, гортензии, бананы и фундук...это очень обрадовало! Выход на море сразу из территории отеля. При отеле есть свой ресторан с очень красивым видом на море и бунгало с соломенными крышами. Очень рекомендую хоть раз побывать в этом отеле! Благодарим Вас. Женя и Котэ.

The location and the concept of the hotel ia very good but the cottage ia very poorly made.
Reviewed By Camper50257180582The location of the hotel is very good by the seaside (as the name suggests) also it is covid friendly since you are isolated from other people. Also there is a very good pool which changes levens depending on your location. The cottage itself is done very poorly though. There are cracks in the walls, the mosquito nets are not working and there are dozens of mosquitos. They dont give you anything except for 2 rolls of toilet paper, the bathrooms are horrible concodering there is no bathtub or a bath for that matter, there is a horrible smell of moiature everywhere, the door leading to the yard is starting to rust and ita hard to open it and finaly the furnitue is bad quality.

Reviewed By jenya2305Отдыхали семьей с 3 летним ребенком, вилла небольшая, всего 6 номеров, благодаря чему тихо и нет суеты.Номера чистые, очень удобные матрасы, чистое белье, спали как убитые.Из окна у нас был вид на сад и гору, все утопает в зелени. Reviewed By 122vahanbA little bit fare from the beach, but perfect service and rooms. Very helping personel. the room i living in was perfect, clean and pretty large with large terrace and fantastic view to Batumi sealine.

Reviewed By missile20131/ Difficile à trouver. Je me suis perdu chaque fois en le regagnant. Aucun service autre que monter votre valise au 2ème étage. Pas de breakfast. Allez faire votre shopping pour le breakfast. 2/ Chambre de 8 m² NON climatisée : 36 ° à 22 H, comment dormir ? La taille du lit, face à la fenêtre ne permet pas d'ouvrir ladite fenêtre en grand. Beaucoup de placards en revanche. Pourquoi ? 3/ Le "séjour" adjacent est lui climatisé mais sans que l'air puisse passer dans la chambre. Une seule échappatoire dans cet enfer : le sofa du séjour où j'ai pu dormir au frais, plié en 4. Un balcon ? oui ! de 2 m² qui reflue l'air brulant du climatiseur. 4/ salle de bains de 2 m². Il vaut mieux être mince pour y entrer. Conclusion : une seule nuit avant d'émigrer au O GALOGRE avec bonheur. Pour le même prix, vaste chambre avec 3 m de hauteur de plafond, climatisée, Service digne d'un hotel, breakfast au 4ème étage vue sur St Nicolas et jardin de la Piazza, sans bruit. Ouf, réconcilié avec Batumi

My past , present and future choice
Reviewed By Evaldas VBeen there in 2015, 2016 coming back soon in 2017. Place is walk away from Botanic garden (that is unique). Getting to Batumi is in no time due to marsrutka right next to the place. Owners will give you all the privacy you need (despite Georgian hospitality) . but if you ask for attention you will get it. Recommended!!!!
