My wife and I stopped at this restaurant and enjoyed the view and the service. We ordered several mezes: barbunya, haydari, yogurtlu patlican, deniz borulcesi, patlican kizartma, salata, patates kizartmasi, karisik izgara, and plenty of raki. No complaints here.

Heybeliada'da esnaf tavsiyesi ile gittiÄimiz bir restaurant oldu, iyi ki gitmiÅiz. Yiyecekler taze ve lezzetli, personel güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Fiyatlar makul. Bir sonraki Heybeliada ziyaretimizde yine tercihimiz olacak.

I visit istanbul every year and love Turkish food. This is a tiny restaurant very close the center but they have enough outdoor seats. Best Turkish Ravioli I've had in Turkey. Real hand made and taste is delicious, they said that everything they use are organic maybe that's why I don't know but it's perfect and portions are really big so it fills you up for sure.My wife had a Kofte ( grilled meatball ) she also loved that. Love the music, love atmosphere. They have a dessert call Tricelli or something like that, it's not too sweet...love that too. It comes with free Tea :))Good job...

This was our go-to spot in Balat. Family who run it are very nice. Food is great and the prices are for locals... cheap. If you want to have real Turkish food in a real neighborhood this is a good place. We ate there 5 times in one week!

Many fish restaurants look alike in Istabul. As I was entering Mavi I did not expect to have a very special and delicious meal. They cook very interesting and tasty mezzes like mussels with saffrone, shrimp boerek and stuffed artichoke...Do not expect too much about the decoration or ambience and the service is friendly but just "ok". It is a very idyllic place away from the hassle of the city. It definitely is a local gem!

I went to Heyamola because it seemed like the most decent, family friendly restaurant. Even though there weren't too many people there, the food was very fresh. The mezzes are a must try.... beautiful! And the fish was good and very very fresh. The service was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. They had been sweet enough to even think of stocking hand cream and sanitary pads in the ladies' washroom! .... I was most pleasantly surprised. If I was ever in that island again, I'd definitely go there again

This is a delightful seaside restaurant in Princess Island. Being a vegetarian, I was wondering what would I be able to eat since most of the lunch seemed based on seafood.However, we were pleasantly surprised about the veggie options that were provided including pasta with tomato paste. It was bland but they made the effort to provide it. Hats off.Fish is stored in tanks outside the restaurant and customers can choose the one they want and its cooked.
