The park is large and well kept with a good variety of interesting aspects, lovely place to wander around and while we were there there was singing in the open air theatre. Also at 22.00 there is the sound and light Fountain show which attracted quite a crowd and was good.

If you are in Klodzko County, I strongly recommend to visit this fortress. It is huge and in good condition. We had self-guide tour and there are many information boards with sufficient details (PL, CZ, EN, DE). The fortress is huge, optimal time for visit are two hours (without labyrint!). There are several places with beautiful views of city and landscape.

Zieleniec

Zieleniec is a ski/snowboard resort in Lower Silesia, near Kłodzko

Reviewed By endrju_74 - Ipswich, United Kingdom

Zieleniec used to be a village on it's own, now is just a part of Duszniki-Zdrój town. The uppermost part. They say it's the biggest ski resort in Sudetes. Well, it probably is terms of ski-lifts numbers, possibly the number of skiiers to, although Czarna Góra is really following closely. But those downhills in Zieleniec although steep are rather short. Some of them had been extended over the road, involving a construction of expensive Bridges. That's the clear sign that skiing business is quite lucrative. There're still some tourists in Zieleniec in those non-white parts of the year - there's always one or two cable-cars going onto the Góry Bystrzyckie ridge, there's plenty of tourist trails, and there're fantastic views over Kotlina Kłodzka plain. And there're bigger chances of booking a hotel of your choice in summer, as they aren't so busy.

Minieuroland - Miniature Theme Park

Reviewed By wodzik - Wroclaw, Poland

I have visited this attraction twice already and I guess it wasn't my last visit there...
I find no single reason why preceding reviewer wrote so vicious review and ultimately gave so low note to that attraction...
Entry ticket costs 19 PLN (a mere 4,5 EUR) so even for a Pole it is NOT expensive fee. it is an equivalent of ticket to a cinema.
Taking into consideration that this park is constantly being improved - I think it is a fair price.
Park is not tiny... please have a look their webpage, it will give an idea. If you are not in rush, you'd need at least an hour to visit every corner of it... simply speaking there are already 50 (more to come) miniatures available in the park.
What I liked the most of the theme park is variety of flora (namely plethora of different plants and trees) that form a beautiful garden with lots of space sit and ponder the meaning of life ;).
Best time to visit is either spring time (when every single plant flourishes) or in summer.
There is a big (free of charge) parking in front of theme park.
Parents with kids wont be dissapointed, kids play in the playground and eventually have snack or drink in nearby "restaurant".
Miniatures are made with great attention to details, and it is easy to recognize which is one is which. Foreigners may have difficulties recognizing some of them, but even though there are small plates with a concise description (in EN as well) available.
