Cafe Vienna Almoradi

A lovely cafe near the square in the centre of Almoradi. We visited twice whilst staying in Almoradi for coffees and half baguettes. Just enough for a snack. We didn't feel rushed and each time had conversations with the owner in between her serving other customers. We were made to feel at home there even though on these occasions we only had snacks. We would certainly return and probably sample a breakfast next time we are in Almoradi. Thank you.

Imanyo Disco Pub

We were recommended to try this restaurant and we have now been 3 times for their Sunday carvery.
We were most impressed at the friendly and efficient staff ,the generous helpings and choice of meats , and the great variety of vegetables.
Although there is no starter, by the time you have eaten the main course and staggered
through one of their special desserts, you are certainly full!
Very good value, and a nice comfortable place to spend a Sunday lunchtime.

Parroquia Nuestra Senors de los Dolores

A very nice local church standing at the far end of the town plaza, the church was open when we called however there was a service underway so we did not like to outstay our welcome, we had a quick look from a discreet distance near the entrance doorway, and what we saw was very nice indeed, we could recommend visiting here to take a closer look. The outside of the church building also has some nice architecture to look at.

Only popped in for a beer, place was reasonably quiet but with a good layout and atmosphere. Easy to see the potential in this large friendly place for a great party night. Good selection of beers including Belgian and very friendly staff. Two pool tables and a table football game also a large Terrace can imagine in the summer this place would be bouncing.

Guardamar Moncayo Beach

Reviewed By Nicki M - Birmingham, England, United Kingdom

Seems most of Spain gets a little neglected when it's out of season. This beach is lovely, has soft sand, chilled out beach bar hut. However the bins were overflowing, inviting swarms of wasps - everywhere!!
There were no toilets local, with the only one close being a single toilet in a hut on the beach. It was filthy, and that really is putting it politely
The cluster of beach umbrellas may as well have been put on top of one another. Roughly only 5-6ft between them.
However, couldnt complain about parking and we enjoyed a couple of long days here.

La Taberna Ciudad Quesada

This bar isn't on main street Quesada but is none the worse for it. It is unusually decorated, has a very good atmosphere, is generally busy and has regular entertainment. The staff are friendly, very helpful, and pretty efficient the prices are ok , not cheap but not too expensive. The measures are pretty good however. I didn't see food served but there is a great tapas door next door if you are hungry . I like this place try it I think you'll like it too.

Natural Park of El Fondo

Came here with friends to have a look around and walk on the board walks, take in the fresh air and scenery and do a bit of birdwatching, very restful, pleasant and relaxing. There is a picnic area behind the visitor centre. Would recommend a visit here, well worth going out of your way to find this attraction, don't forget your camera and binoculars.
