We visited this restaurant before Christmas when Benidorm was unusually quiet.We were walking around looking for somewhere to have dinner,and came upon The Vagabond.
We asked if they were still serving as there were only 2 other diners inside,but we're warmly welcomed by the friendly owner/chef.
Whilst we were looking at the Menu,a taster of the soup of the day and a couple of nibbles were given.
My partner decided to have the mushroom soup as starter,this was the best ever.I had chicken Caesar salad,it was huge but gorgeous.
My main was prawn curry with whiskey and partner had chicken a la king.Both were lovely.
Although stuffed I managed to just eat a creme caramel,when partner said he didn't eat sweets,the owner said he could do a cheese and biscuits even though it wasn't on menu.Thats what I call excellent customer service!.
We finished off with a couple of complementary liqueurs.
Without a doubt we will definitely call in again on our next visit to Benidorm.It was a real pleasure to meet Fred and his wife,and I wish them a happy and successful 2018!.

Very popular restaurant with both locals and holiday makers. Excellent prices for quality cuisine and high standard of customer care. A restaurant with minimalist tones and great ambiance.Full steakhouse menu plus a wide varity of starter and main course meals cooked to a high standard.Full childrens menu available and large parties catered for.

Now open from 7pm 6 days a week serving a la carte, situated at Carrer de la Palma. Serving good quality food at realistic prices we are most popular for our fillet steaks and also popular for our award winning wines, cocktails and sangria. Exceptional wines from Rioja, Valencia and Extremadura are served including the award winning Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz from the house of Habla. Cold and dry Valencian white and rose wines are also served alongside our long-serving Riojas. No loud music or TV. Ideal for friends to meet or small groups to reserve for private parties such as cocktail parties, dinner parties, birthdays, hen parties, anniversaries. The Menu is relatively small, modern and diverse with additional seasonal specials added for variety. You can enjoy freshly prepared food in the evenings and reserve the bar, roof Terrace and/or restaurant for your exclusive use any day of the week. From Easter 2018 we are opening the Amigos Cocktail Bar next door.

We booked a table for 8 people (you have to book to get a table) the meal we had was very good we had mussels for starters and we had pasta pizza steak so we had quite a selection between us and everyone enjoyed there meal plus quite a few beers and wines. The staff were very efficient And attentive we had a thoroughly good evening which lasted over 3 hours the atmosphere is very good and the service made the evening.They threw in a few shots with the bill which went very well and finished off a very good evening.

High class all round.
Quite luxurious surroundings, although summer dinner is served on the Terrace outside.
Very high quality cuisine : an exquisite and vast succession of small dishes, 20 different ones with the Elementos menu. Excellent Spanish wines served in the Nacional wine accompaniment option, 8 different types, generously served.
Skilled service.
The prices seem excessive sometimes, but this is high flying.
I would return and recommend.

I was recommended Felici e Contenti by a friend in Italy and decided to try it out.
Good thing I did, because it was the best ice cream I had all holiday!
Franco is passionate about ice cream and spent 15 minutes telling me how he worked as an apprentice for free for 6 months.

Two years since we last visited Benidorm and we were amazed to see the improvement in what already was a great place to eat. The cafe has been extended to accommodate more inside Seating which at this time of year is essential.
If anything the food quality and presentation has also improved and also the range of dishes all of which are home made. This eating place is a market leader and not Benidorm's answer to anything. Jacket potatoes, baguettes, rolls, sandwiches and home made pastries are superb, but the savoury pies are simply divine. Incredible.

Visited this restaurant while staying near by, it was that good we visited for a second time. I can't eat fish so ordered steak and ale pie ?and second time sausage. Chips are excellent ❤️Thanks for your excellent review. Hope to see you again soon.
