Poor management
Reviewed By luaesterWe requested twin beds and we got confirmation from the hotel about it, but we did not get them. Also, the check in was meant to be at 2.30 pm according to the website, but we got there at 3 pm and the room was not ready. We were asked to come back 30 min later. The excuse was that they were short on personnel, and even if they messed up with the bed setup they did not offer to fix it while we where away. Basic room. Just enough. The light of the bathroom runs on a timer which was inconvenient as it would activate if one passed in front of the bathroom (without entering) and it switched off a couple of times while we were in the shower/bathroom.

Reviewed By VesTanchAfter 2 hours travelling, working all day and after that 2 more hours travelling back, the only thing that I wanted was to check out and you know... (to go to the toilet). Ok, but NO. I had to wait 40 minutes to bring me a toilet paper, because there wasn,t any in the room... Very, really very slow check in. The room itself is ok and the lication is ok.

Αναγκαστικά να φύγω από εκεί μετά από πολύωρο ταξίδι με το αυτοκίνητο και να ψάχνω δωμάτιο στα Σόφια 9.00 το βράδυ. Ότι δείτε στις πληροφορίες τους είναι λάθος.

Nobody met at the hotel and the door was closed!
Reviewed By Tetyana0805I arrived yesterday at 4pm to the hotel, but the door was closed and there was a phone number only...Hotel's team probably don't understand that some guests have no local Sim card or no other option to reach by phone! Likely I met one of the guests, who kindly agreed to help me. So she called to the written at the door number and got instructions where to get a key. I think such instructions must be sent to the email of expecting guest, isn't?? And in the end of the day I'm getting an email that my booking has canceled by the hotel!!! It's really strange to behave this way if you work in the hospitality! Or the word of hospitality is unknown at this property.... So sad to meet such unprofessional service....

Reviewed By cazw42stayed at the hotel 007. the staff were very helpful and friendly. but we had to pay 113pounds for alleged damage to a table. also they have cream carpets and was told that they would have to pay to get it cleaned. my husband has to use a wheelchair to get around so what were we supposed to do (float). no tea or coffee making facilities either. had to go to the shop next door to buy a coffee. if you stay here please be careful not to get stung for money

Reviewed By Gaia BCi sono stata una notte di passaggio. Accogliente, pulito e arredato con gusto. La camera matrimoniale è deliziosa, c’è un piccolo patio altrettanto carino. Seppure breve è stato un soggiorno rilassante e gradito propio grazie all’appartamento che ha reso tutto molto confortevole. Proprietari gentilissimi e gentili. Unica pecca il bagno davvero piccolo. Ubicato in zona non troppo centrale ma con una camminata di 15 minuti si arriva facilmente in centro. Ottimo!

Reviewed By Andrea CLa stanza singola è molto piccola, calda, arredata miseramente e squallida. Il letto è scomodo e polveroso. Unico aspetto positivo il prezzo economico, ma non vale più di quello che si paga. La posizione è buona, senza essere ottima.

Ok-ish hotel

The people at the reception were nice and helpful.the breakfest is fine and dinner is ok, altough there's a super wierd rule there that if you want to drink water at dinner you have to pay extra. On breakfast it's free though. It was pretty annoying. The room is spacious and warm. We booked two rooms for 5 people and we were disappointed that we were placed on different buildings so we had to take a walk to visit each other. The main reception were on another building, 5 minutes walk from our building so we had to walk the way from/to there on the arrival day / last day to/from the taxi driver. All in all, you get what you pay for.
