Reviewed By yehudar2013Please let us check in late for free. Clean the room and renew everything clean. Take care of new water. We were given umbrellas that it was raining around. Allow motorbike rental. Good breakfast. The employees smile and help with anything you need.

Amazing stay
Reviewed By Robert SWe hand 3 nights in a huge room with en suite and balcony with mountain views. We paid about £80 in total which felt insanely cheap. We also paid about £8 each for an hour long full body couples massage which was perfect after a day trekking. All the staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. Location is right in the centre of Sapa, very handy for all amenities. Would highly recommend!

Good location
Reviewed By TimS125The hotel is located overlooking a small park where Ethnic Minority Tribes still vegetables and have made goods. It’s very close to the stone church so is in an excellent position. The square is noisy at night and early morning on a weekend but nothing unusual for a city. The room was big and had a balcony, however it also had cockroaches. The first night I removed one from the room that was crawling on a shelf and the second night another came out from under the wardrobe. It looks like they need traps as otherwise the room was decent. I would have given a higher rating had it not been for this issue.

Reviewed By McFaul LWe'd a fantastic experience while staying here, the rooms had been pristine and also the staff was great and almost nothing was an excessive amount of difficulty. The food had been wonderful, the view out of the home along with the restaurant is impressive. I'd recommend doing trek into the local village - this could be placed by a reception. I'd certainly stay again!

Reviewed By Vu HI have been there for few months ago! But the memories of this place is still in my mind with the nice view of my room! It is very neat and clean! We got very nice breakfast as in top of mountain! Everyone can see mountain view and sunrise there! They served very good food when I picked cakes, pancakes, pho, and fruits! The staff were so friendly and happy to answer your question! The location is very focal of Sapa too!

Reviewed By Jolanta20142014To nowy hotel. Na pewno docenią go osoby unikające turystycznego zgiełku. Pokoje są przestronne, bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Z okien widok na góry i ryżowe tarasy. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni, pomocni, dobrze mówią po angielsku. Na życzenie przygotowują posiłki. Znają góry, można skorzystać z usług przewodniczący lub informacji o ciekawych miejscach w okolicy. Ceny bardzo przystepne.
