Reviewed By Kelly PThe hotel has a modern interior and is spotlessly clean with reliable wi-fi. We had breakfast in a sunny courtyard. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the town centre. I accidentally left a phone charger behind and the staff promptly helped me to arrange for it to be delivered to me in Tbilisi, which was so helpful and appreciated.

Reviewed By _RAIMONDS_1970Very good choice to spend one or two nights or even to stay for longer holidays. The house is very good situated: the city center and market is close - even walking by foot. Good parking in the own yard. We stayed for 3 nights and were highly satisfied. Perfect apartment with all the necessary equipment. Bathrooms were spotlessly tidy, white, towels, shower gels were enough. A washing machine was available, iron etc. In the kitchen all dishes and kitchen utensils as well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and even honey were available. Our friendly hostess Natalie met us with the keys and great local suggestions. And of course that fantastic breakfast!!! Crepes with various homemade jam and marmelad were just delicious. Don't hesitate to book this place: it is worth its price.

Reviewed By ramin849Если вам нужен отель с минимальными "наворотами", чистенько, поспать, помыться, WiFi, чтобы в центре Кутаиси и цена приемлемая, этот отель самое то. Расположение отеля - твердая 5, прямо в центре. Google maps - находит его точно. Парковки своей нету, но рядом с отелем полно места. Отель представляет собой 3-х этажный дом, на 2 и 3 этажах номера, а на первом ресепшн, столовка и кухня. Владельцы я так понял семья, очень гостепреимные и приветливые. Если еда не включена в вашу бронь, это не проблема, за отдельную плату можно попросить приготовить. Есть один нюанс - не знаю как это получилось, имейте ввиду на booking.com и google maps - одна из фоток не принадлежит этому отелю, а именно фасадная. Эта фотка отеля Bagrati который находится напротив отеля, я приложу к этому отзыву фотки чтобы не путаться. А так в остальном, все ОК

More than adequate for my overnight stay
Reviewed By Yat CI arrived on a flight past midnight so I stayed here for one night, it was good value and more than adequate for my short stay, very nice staff. I couldn't find the entrance when I arrived, I asked the shopkeeper next door and he directed me to enter through the Casino. If you are coming from the airport, beware of the dodgy taxi drivers. I agreed a price of 25 GEL with the driver but when I paid him 25 GEL he tried to tell me "No its 25 Dollars but 70 GEL" I was not falling for that one, he realised his scam was not going to work on me and accepted the 25 GEL. You can ask the hotel to book you a taxi to and from the airport if you want.

Reviewed By Mashenka22Having the hotel right by the market is not a bad thing. It is central to the city and you can walk everywhere. The rooms are clean. Soap and towels are provided. Breakfast is regular breakfast fair - kasha, sausages, cheese, bread, blini, various jams, tvorag and coffee, tea. The staff are professional and very accommodating. The showers actually have a small wall unlike most open showers in the area. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Kutaisi.

Reviewed By Helena SIt was our second stay here with wonderful hostess Nino Rooms ars spacious and are cool even in big heat.Wifi is reliable, breakfast is excellent. There is a nice patio in the garden where you can get your evening drink or sample Nino,s famous eggpplant rolls with walnuts. Off the busy streets , in the residential area.Easy walk to Kutaisi historic center - one of the oldest cities of Georgia. If you need transfer to the airport or tours around Kutaisi, Nino will organize it.Very much recomnended.We will be back.

A home away from home! Excellent place for motorbiker or cyclist groups.
Reviewed By artem vPapazo is a family word of the Nemsadze family running the place. And the hotel matches it very well, it feels very familial. I stayed there for two nights after a bike tour of Svaneti. Mum Nellie brought me very tasty breakfast every morning, its size allowing me to bike around Kutaisi for the whole day needing only a small snack. Dad Nukri and son Gaga truly went out of their way to cater to my special needs - I came with a bike in a box two weeks before my booked stay in Papazo. I needed the box to take the bike back to Ukraine after it. They picked me up from the airport (for a very reasonable fee) with their minivan on my arrival, fed me a dinner and kept the box for me for two weeks at no charge. They also took me to the airport with my bike. When I came to stay after my tour, Nukri treated me to his excellent home-made wine, and we had lengthy conversations with both Gaga and Nukri. Gaga speaks English, Nukri speaks Russian. As for the property, the rooms are clean and spacious. There are two dorm-style rooms with 4 and 6 beds and two doubles. One of them is windowless, but has very charming furniture. All the beds are classical singles, pretty narrow, but nevertheless comfortable. There are three toilet/shower blocks in the property. All the rooms face the big kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped (2 fridges, stove, oven, kettle, cutlery etc.), guests can make their own tea or snacks any time of night and day. The house has a very spacious yard with grapevine canopy and a welcoming veranda. Apparently, the favorite evening pass-time of the guests is to sit there, sip Nukri's wine and chat about everything from politics to weather in Svaneti. The property is ideal for groups with bikes or motorbikes, as it has a spacious garage where you can hide your steeds from rain or unwelcome human attention. It is also well positioned, close to the main thoroughfares and not in the maze of narrow central streets. At the time of my trip there were extensive road repairs in the center of Kutaisi, and moving around some of the central neighborhoods was a challenge even on an MTB.
