Amazing family with a comfortable stay

We stayed with Sam and his family during our time in Dambulla, in the hope to get to feel for the culture that the beautiful country has to offer. This accomodation did exactly that. A very comfortable room with fan, airconditioning, mosquito tent and private bathroom. Breakfast was also included and was extremely tasty and plentiful. We also opted to eat dinner here, as it eas a bit further our from dambulla (by foot, but a short enough tuk tuk that sam would happily arrange). We also had tbe pleasure of celebrating new years with them, which theh kindly extended to my wife and I, which was a once in a lifetime experience, thank you to sam and the family. We were offered a pick up service from the airport (which cost the same as a taxi from the airport - 10,000 rupee), drive and wait at Sigiriya for 2,000 rupee and a drive to Kandy and help with buying train tickets for 6,000 rupee.

Great stay with your soulmate
Reviewed By Roshichrish123I was with my girlfriend , this place was a truly romantic and safety . Hosts were very friendly and the foods was delicious . Specially landlord was too genuine. We were feel very comfortable with them. Cave temple was too close only 500m . Walkable distance.i suggest you to go with your soulmate here.

Reviewed By andrewspiersWe stayed here for two nights las part of our tour around Sri Lanka, have to say it was our favourite hotel, the layout from the rooms, to the pool between the lakes and the lovely restaurant overlooking both. Our room was nice and airy with a balcony overlooking trees and the rice fields beyond, I am sure I saw a small lemur in the tree outside. The grounds are lovely as well, all staff were very friendly and polite.

Reviewed By Y2430DOfabianwWe stayed there for 2 nights and it was the best Guest House in Sri Lanka. The employee Ravi is a very nice and honest man. He cared all the way for us, an did everything that our stay was unbelievable nice. He organized a whole day trip (15 hrs) with us to a very very fair price and checked at all Stops that everything is good and translated the languages. In the evening it was nice to sit together and talk by some beers they ordered extra for us. The owner drove us for free to the next Bus Stop.

Reviewed By pawelusssWe've been there for one day, but it was great. Really nice owners, great view. Calm neighbourhood. Not far from the city centers and temples. Ideal hotel to stay one night and see all attractions in Dambulla. Breakfast was awesome.
