Reviewed By Старик ХMy good advice is stay away from this pithy pathetic excuse for a hotel. I’ll list some of the reasons. Of course, if you enjoy rap music from the hotel bar blasting through your hotel room at what seems like a thousand decibels at 1am at night and the staff only reluctantly turning it down after threats to call the police, then by all means this is a place for you. But normal people are not likely to get any sleep here. Other “treats” on store for you: - they never clean the rooms, bring fresh towels etc. unless you insist a hundred times. During our werk-long stay they never changed the beds, not once. - the food in the breakfast buffet which we paid for to be enclosed in the rate (and not cheap) is very poor, extremely poor choice and they seem to run out of stuff minutes after they open and never replenish it (each day they ran out of hachapuri Georgian cheese bread and would only provide it if we paid extra). - the location is in the old part of town, the mountain view which they claim to have is non-existent, and if you open the window instead of clean mountain air you get whiffs of cheap and extremely nasty-smelling cheap local petrol from cars in the street wafting into your room. Overall, we paid the equivalent of IS$200 a night for a “family room” for 3 people but only got two standard separate rooms which was highly uncomfortable and we felt was false advertising. It feels that the owners of this poor excuse for a hotel use every opportunity to rip iff customers, incl. false advertising and what suspiciously feels like positive false reviews they wrote themselves on travel sites. Reviewed By _R2608LAОтличная гостиница. Да обстановка в плане ремонта там похожа на советские пансионаты, но есть номера и отремонтированные. Однако сервис на высшем уровне. Очень вкусная кухня. Оч доброжелательный персонал и в номере как и в любом хорошем отеле убирались каждый день и меняли полотенца и ставили питьевую воду, что тоже оч приятно. Спасибо

Decent Hotel, Great Views
Reviewed By Sassy SAlthough the hotel calls itself a 4* hotel, it doesn't look anything like what you would expect a 4* hotel to look like. It's very plain and simple, beds are not particularly comfortable, rooms are small. However, their customer service was excellent and they really aim to please. Also, the hotel was spotless and location is great, right next to the bunny slopes and all the top snow activities (snow mobiles, ATVs, horseback riding, etc).

Reviewed By IanaEliashvili27 сентября посетили гостиницу для проведения конференции . Было нас 15 человек. Что тут скажешь.Все отлично.Даже лучше. Питание отличное.Гостиница новая, номера чудные, большие.Красивые.Матрасы супер. Стаф реагировал мгновенно. Банкет устроили просто чудесный. Ну а двор и виды просто обалденные. Место для конференций просто супер.

Весь номерной фонд находится в антисанитарийном состоянии,везде грязь,мусор.На дорогах на тротуарах паркуют машины,все забито битком,людям ходить можно только по грязной проезжей части!!!В сезон 2022 г поесть было негде,все битком забито людьми!!!Как можно такой позор называть горнолыжным курортом!!!!В конечном счете всей семьей заболели,не пробыв полсрока!!! Это просто бессовестно предлагать такой уровень сервиса! А точнее его полное отсутствие!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reviewed By 725davitgБыли с друзьями в аппартаментах, номер очень хороший 10/10 , должен быть бассейн но он не работал. очень неприятно обращаются с клиентами, не приветливо, очень негативно смотрят и общаются, когда покидаешь гостиницу администрация проверяет все в номере и надеется найти что то сломаное и придраться к чему небудь. Хорошо что мы не дали повода.
