We were looking for a famous sushi place near Shiogama Station. We couldn't find it, but instead found this place. It is a small place. It is casual but reasonable. We each ordered a Donburi dish, a bowl of rice and various sashimi tuna. It came with a bowl of soup. They graciously discounted the price when we presented a coupon which we obtained at the Shiogama Tourist Information office right next to the JR station. All while we were eating there, many local people popped in to buy sashimi--it made us believe that it is such a popular place!

Best Sushi on Earth, from the point of view of a spanish guy... It is highly recommended and one must be early enough to find a place. Sitting at the bar is a spectacle. I was there in 2010 and I still remember.
