Reviewed By kimitakasIn many hotels in Yudaonsen, you can use their bathing facility without overnight at a reasonable cost. It is called “Higaeri Nyuyoku” or day-trip-bathing. Tokiwa offers such a service and I enjoyed their bath. They have two indoor baths and one open-air, and that of open-air was excellent.

But the highlight is the wonderful Japanese cooking for both dinners and breakfasts. Only drawback is the location which is close to the train station but far from the historical center of Hagi.

Inside of the hotel there are onsen, karaoke box, bowling game, restaurant..So many public facility that you can use for having fun and relaxing yourself. This hotel also startegic for several tourism spot.

Reviewed By georgematthewsStayed in a traditional room and had a traditional Japanese banquet which was a more enjoyable experience than I thought it would be. We were part of a large group and were allowed to bring our own alcohol in. I’m not sure if that is generally permitted.

Reviewed By sasori1224関電の保養所を買い取って経営されてるのかな？と言った感じ。 部屋の電気が暗いな。が、一番最初の感想 大浴場も家用のバスタブが二つあり、一方はジャグジー用で、一回一回湯を入れたり抜いたりしなければならない様子。 これは清潔を意識されているのかな？と思ったけど、貯めるのに、時間はかかるし何より 水道代がもったいないのでは？ と感じました。大風呂はこんなもんかと言った感じ。 晩御飯のふぐ料理は、凄く美味しかった。 ふぐづくしでお料理は良かった。 私と娘が2人で泊まった部屋はそこそこ広い和室でしたが、縁側様の窓のあるところに、カーテンが無く、(部屋の窓からは関門橋が見えてました)夜電気付いてたら丸見えかも！ と、言った感じ。縁側様の部分との境に障子があるので障子を締めてないと12月の寒い時期は暖房が、中々効かないと思います。 小さい子連れの方もいらっしゃるので、食事どころはそれぞれ大広間に移動して食べる様なのでガヤガヤした感じでした。 小さい子供さんのチョロチョロするのが嫌と感じる方は宿泊には向いてないと思います。

Reviewed By Michelle_RQThis is a very comfortable hotel in a beautiful forested and hilly area in Japan. After checking in we did an additional motorbike ride around the area and just loved it. The onsen was great, the food very good and there are interesting walks from the hotel which several members of our group enjoyed. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

親戚の家のような旅館
Reviewed By kazmi77711月の金曜日に一泊しました。下関に近く、お値打ちの温泉宿を探していたらヒットしました。一人の利用が可能で、値段も安く、食事もおいしかったです。 行きも帰りもレンタカーで移動。駐車場は宿の近くにあるようですが見つからず、俵山温泉の無料の駐車場を利用しました。案内板も出ているので安心。ただ、旅館までは5分くらい歩くことになります。温泉街は道幅が狭く、一方通行もあるので、運転はそれなりに気を遣いますが、通行量が少ないので、落ち着いて運転すれば大丈夫。 温泉街は食事をとれるところもありますが、廃業したところも多く、娯楽は期待しないほうが良いです。純粋に温泉を楽しむのが無難。宿は通りに面しているので、大型車の音がすごいですが、たまにしか通らないので気になりません。 宿の女将さんはフレンドリーで対応も迅速で心強かったです。部屋は一人で泊まるには十分すぎる広さ。旅館というよりは親せきの家に行ったみたい。 部屋は2階で階段だけなので足の不自由な人はちょっと難儀するかもしれません。 部屋にはエアコンとこたつ。部屋が広すぎるのか、隙間風が入るのか、部屋はちょっと寒いです。 冷蔵庫は共同、トイレも共同ですが、洗面台は部屋にありました。無線LANは電波強度不足。部屋によって違うかもしれないので相談したらよいと思います。 部屋には金庫がないので貴重品は預かってもらう必要があります。 旅館にはお風呂がないので、近くの2か所の公共浴場に行くことになります。どちらもかけ流しでお湯はたっぷり。宿泊者用の1日利用券は1500円。旅館でしか購入できません。3回入らないと元が取れない設定でちょっと高めの設定。早朝から夜遅くまで営業しています。 夕食、朝食付きのプランにしました。種類も多く、おいしいごはんもたっぷりで満足しました。お風呂がなくて部屋が普通ですが、食事がおいしかったので宿泊費相応の価値だったと思います。次回近くに行ったら利用したい旅館です。
