We ate here dinner with friends. This is highclass, a bit pricy restaurant with good service. The starter confit was good, but the main dish (white fish, halibut) had a lot of fish bones, big and small in it so ecperience suffered from that. Wine list was fine.

I see many people can find something wrong with this place: that it is a tourist trap or the ambiance is somewhat underwhelming. We stopped on our bikes for one thing: local smoked seafood. I have never had smoked salmon (with pepper) quite like this, obviously very fresh, juicy and luscious, not at all like what we get at home (often dry, or translucent/slimy). The smoked mussels were equally tasty. Top drawer stuff which to me offsets the forgettable sides and other less than 5 star aspects.

Ribs were juicy and freshly made. We enjoyed it very much with potato wedges. The ribs were delicious and this is among the few restaurants that has ribs which are properly grilled (not like some where it's precooked and microwave). Well marinated and we'll cooked. I would come back for more if we stayed longer. Friendly and good service

Okay..I have to give up..I can't find even one thing to complain about at stammershalle restaurant! We chose the "large" menu and what a treat it was. The menu is combined and structured so you get fish, pig and beef and probably the Danish national desert: Rodgrod med flode. But not in the way you imagine. No, the "flode" is frozen and served as plates on top of the rodgrod.!! Very sexy and creative if you can use these words about foods. The menu is simply cooked to perfection and we accompanied it with a bottle of champagne which were the right choice for us.
A must eat place if you wanna have some of the best (if not the best) food on the island!

Visiting Svaneke Is Kalas in july certainly demands a bit of patience as the line outside the small ice cream venue can stretch for many meters, but you should still line up, Svaneke Is Kalas is a Bornholm gem mainly for two reasons:
First, the location near Sandvig harbour, a short walk north from more touristy Allinge, is wonderful. Quiet, close to the ocean, benches or pillows to relax on, and in general a very nice atmosphere.
Second, the star of the show: The ice cream (part sorbet, part gelato), is ecological, fresh and extremely tasty. Tried coconut, lemon, elderflower, cherries and chocolate and salty caramel - all delicious.
Staff is nice, in general a pleasant experience!

We visited this restaurant twice for dinner. At both occasion the food was delicious. Full of taste and surprises. The pricing was reasonable, compared to the quality of the food and the service provided at this very nice restaurant. It will be on our restaurant list, if coming back to Bornholm. Can only be strongly recommended.

My husband and I and our little dog were very hungry when we got to Hasle Harbour and this was the only place we could see, I am not usually a fast food fan but we tried it and it was great. Hubby had a kebab which he said must be healthy as it had vegetables in it and I was very naughty and had sausage and chips. This was real food for real people, no frills but good and tasty. The view of the harbour made it a perfect little place.

Come enjoy the sunset and the harbor environment, from either our rooftop Terrace or the one in front of the cafe. Or if the weather aren't fit, inside. Juat arriving with the morning ferry to Bornholm we where searching for lunch after a few houra of shopping in Ronne. Not sure where to go Trip Advisor pointed us to this place in Hasle - short 10 min. drive from Ronne. It turned out to be a very cosy cade with an attitude - serving brilliant food at the habour in Hasle. The two young guys running the place explained they wanted to offer an alternative to the classic Rogerier and fast food restaurant with simple, high quality food. The family stayed for 3+ hours enjoying food, coffee, free wifi, games and free magazines.
