This restaurant is only open during the winter season, from Tuesday to Saturday. It is a very friendly bar and restaurant in a stoney house where General Suworow once resided when he crossed Switzerland. The restaurant has been made up nicely and carefully and therefore gives a very good atmosphere. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and then went for their cheese fondue. The menu list is limited, the dishes are simple, but very well done - and the service by the ladies very friendly. HIghly recommended if you look out for something not too high notch and want to spend an evening in a good local atmosphere.

Old charming house, beautifully renovated, located in the old part of the village.
Very friendly staff and owner, they make you feel comfortable and make great job, very good Service.
Very good food: Caesars salad, braised beef and potatoes and as dessert apple tart with coffee ice cream - all dishes were very good and the apple tart to die for!
Nice selection of wine, also small bottles and by the glass.
Definitely one of the best restaurants in the village, thanks to the owners also a great service, so when I am in the region I will come back!

lovely mountain restaurant with a panoramic Terrace, quaint interior, good Swiss food and efficient and friendly service. Have never been disappointed in any way. Try the Sennensalat, a Wurstkäsesalat served in a loaf of bread, delicious and very filling.

I loved Las Caglias restaurant for its outstanding food quality, its beautiful setting and the extremly friendly staff members. We had fennel salad, pear ravioli, lamb's lettuce with mushrooms and polenta with tomato basil sauce. Every dish was very tasty and met all our expectations. Quality is very good for the price you pay. The setting of the restaurant is very particular, especially the view of the indoor pool. Service was fast, very kind and helpfull. The one and only downside at our visit was the bad choice of music that they where playing (rock music?!?!). Apart from that, I can highly recommend Las Caglias.

This is a perfect place for a fast simple food and coffee, the service is really good. They smile and try to serve fast.
Coffee, carrot cake and soups are good.
The price is comparing to other small places a bit high but the quality compensates.

A great mountain find - especially when the weather is bad. Amazing grilled meat and not much else. But the meat, fireplace and wine more than make up for the short menu.

We took the special deal of 3 courses for hotel guests and were pleasantly surprised of the quality of the food. Service was professional and good. The waiting staff was very accommodating in offering another dessert as I could not take too much cream nor butter.
The views of the Mountains were stunning at dinner time. At breakfast the next day the rains and fog rolled in and could not see a thing. It was quite dramatic!
I highly recommend this restaurant especially to hotel guests as the special deal for in-house guests was extremely good value!

Have been coming here for many years, it just gets better. Easily the best views on the mountain, possibly the best service and really high quality well prepared food. Also try the lavatories with one way glass that look over the hill side! Wiener schnitzel is sublime, prawns huge, the truffle pasta delicious. Get there by skis, cable car from Crap Sion Gion, or even better walk from CSG (takes about an hour).
