We ate together with local friends. The menu allowed each of us to select two flavours of pizza, all were delivered on a large wooden platter and sliced separately. This allowed each of us to sample each others selection! The beer was fresh and great. Another great feature is the children's section where in you can deposit your kids and into an air conditioned room with a large screen tv and plenty of toys and games. A caregiver watches over them and feeds them whilst you enjoy your meal! A clever idea!!

Arrived at our villa opposite the restaurant on a sunday and shops closed so went for lunch and dinner little Italian even littlier english but super meals including truffle ravioli 50 euros,gave us bottle of wine to take back to the villa.Booked for our last night, staff greeted like long lost friends,we were the only non locals in and the restaurant was packed We had three courses,too much wine and a bill of 95 EUROS for 4 miile grazie

We've been living in Bracciano for 3 years, and IMHO this is the most consistent restaurant with delicious food across the menu. The pasta and pizza are particularly good and cheaper than many other restaurants.Very clean, simple decor and modern toilet (with seat and soap!). No fuss, straightforward service from the nice lady owners. What you miss with not being by the castle, is made up for with the excellent food at great value. Family friendly, earlier opening hours in the evening when most other restaurants are shut and you can also ring in advance for pizza to takeaway.

Second time in this restaurant - pizzeria. The environment is cosy and the personnel is very kind. You can eat pizza or have traditional Italian food. The place is a bit noisy (background music) but this could depend on how many (and how young) people there are. The pizza is a bit less salty (for my taste - but that's good for the health). Prices are good thanks to the registration with the app "the fork". Recommended

After a tour of the castle, we stopped for a late lunch. The drinks were served promptly and the pizza was good. Outdoor seating is available for a nominal charge of $1.50 euros. The servers were pleasant and even withdrew one of the surcharges after a hair was found baked into the pizza crust. Hey, it happens. It's just a slice of life. Enjoy!!

Off the normal tourist trail, this is a family run pizzeria that fills up with the buzz of families and friends. The menu is huge and the food is lovely; but what makes it good is the atmosphere - no fuss, no frills, just good food and very friendly people. We always go when visiting friends in Pisciarelli.

Over the last few years, I have been introduced by Braccianese friends to the restaurant Ai due Leoni which is located on the road from Bracciano Due to Castel Giuliano. It is a little hard to find at night being found only by one sign at the restaurant entrance on the left hand side of the somewhat dark road to Castel Giuliano, but the food, service and local Braccianese ambiance is well worth the fairly short drive from the centre of Bracciano.It is very good value, with the hosts always suggesting specials on the night. It is a family friendly restaurant with lots of families present, together with tables occupied by young local couples or young people. I think it is probably one of the dying class of genuine Italian restaurants close to Rome serving basic but wholesome Lazio regional food eg. bistecca, miale. There is also ample off street parking which is an added bonus, rather than worry about a space in the town centre when wishing to eat.

The restaurant looks just up to "ok", some of the chair covers were stained.The waiters were unhelpful and clumsy.We were not offered a taste of the wine (which is a normal standard) and the bottle was just left on the table.The starters:Antipasto di terra consisted solely of few cured meat slices and a chilly jam to pair with god knows what.The sauteed mussels were just not fresh.The Mains:Fried shrimps were apparently good.Fried lake fish was horrible, if you know the different species you would have realized that two out of three were not what was written on the menu. The lowest bit was the batter, bright yellow, tasted like frittata, IF and I say IF it was handmade I heavily question by who and what training he/she has on cooking.We have never been asked if the food was ok.The prices are absolutely stellar high compared to what is served.Though but absolutely accurate.
