This Observation Tower is located in Oliwa- one of the most beautiful districts of Gdansk. The same neighborhood where is the most charming park and zoo. You can see very nice panorama of Tri-city from there.

It is on a steep hill, but you can park nearby. They make coffee and many other things in the windmill.

Nice walk even it was raining, we had nice breakfast in one beach restaurant built on the pier and hot chococolate and cafe in another on theend of pier, with an amazing view.
