Excellent remote walking tour of the old city of Tbilisi with Bacho via internet. The technology worked well and Bacho has perfect English. Bacho is a friendly and very well informed guide. It was wonderful to get a taste of this beautiful and interesting looking city in the only way possible in current circumstances. Georgia is now very high on my list of countries to visit when circumstances allow and I will not hesitate to contact Bacho and Georgian holidays to help plan my trip. Highly recommended. Many thanks. Mike Davey England

Beautiful, wild and mysterious, Svaneti is an ancient landlocked in the Caucasus, so remote that it was never tamed by any ruler. Uniquely picturesque villages and snow-covered, 4000 m-plus peaks rising above flower-strewn alpine meadows provide a superb backdrop to the many walking trails. Svaneti’s emblem is the koshki (defensive stone tower), designed to house villagers at times of invasion and local strife (until recently Svaneti was renowned for its murderous blood feuds). Tour available from Tbilisi or Kutaisi.

Inclusions: Breakfast, 3 nights accommodation, Fuel surcharge, Bottled water, Local guide, Hotel pickup and drop-off, Private tour

TrekGeorgia customized three sightseeing days for our three generations of family (including a 4- and 6-year-old) built around a few days at two different resorts. Leaving from Tbilisi, we went into the wine region, framed by the beautiful Caucasus Mountains. It was a perfect combination of fun (winery, horseback riding, climbing towers, easy hikes), culture (monasteries, museum), and spectacular scenery – all this amid the pandemic. Dimitri, our guide and driver, couldn't have given us a better experience. He was knowledgeable, patient and solicitous with the kids, and super dependable. We really enjoyed his company! It was our second visit to Georgia and we feel very comfortable and safe there. The people we met were friendly and welcoming. We are sure to return and would definitely consider arranging other tours with TrekGeorgia. Thank you, Dimitri and Nutsa (our guide on the previous visit)!

The trip was incredible. The company was extremely flexible with us! My girlfriend was sick so they offered to postpone the tour by a day or two for us to be able to do it in better conditions. Aleksi, our tour guide was extremely friendly, spoke good English, and... most importantly... He drove his car in such a gentle and comfortable manner! What a difference from most crazy rides we got from Georgia. We highly recommend this company!

Svaneti is one of the most beautiful mountainous regions not only in Georgia, but arguably in the whole of Eastern Europe. While traveling in Svaneti guests can enjoy breathtaking views & landscapes of the Caucasus and experience the mountainous culture of the region by visiting local museums and towers which date back to the 11th and 12th centuries. The five day (4 nights) tour to Svaneti is an adventure & sightseeing tour accompanied with the ultimate cultural immersion experience. During the trip, guests will have the opportunity to hike to the Shtugra waterfall in Becho valley & also to the Chalaadi Glacier near Mestia. Guests will also have opportunity to take the cable car up to Hatsvali – tall mountain with a stunning panoramic view of the Ushba peak. The most interesting part of the tour is arguably the journey to the early medieval village Ushguli - which is home to numerous defensive towers from the early middle ages.

Zviad gave a great 3 day tour of Khevsureti (we only had time for half the tour). He is a great and safe driver (and it was a rough road) and took us to all the amazing spots. He has good connections with lots of people in the region and as a result we had some great meals. He was laid back and very accommodating (we took our dog on the trip with us). Highly recommended!

We were in a 4 day trip in batumi and this was by far the best time we had in batumi. George was an amazing tour guide and person and helped us in anyway he could. We were blown away by the breathtaking views and waterfalls and we were the only ones there. We enjoyed every second of the hike and didn’t mind walking even more 6 km. George brought coffee with him and Georgian snacks and we stopped in the middle of the nature to drink and eat them which was a great experience. Before we traveled we got warned that there will be no nature to see in batumi. They were wrong for sure.

I have never been to a place this magnificent, the beauty of the sceneries was overwhelming. I am so grateful for FixTravel for organizing an amazing day tour trip for me, they provided a private tour guide Mari. The whole plan they had for me was very well organized and filled with amazing spots. Mari was very knowledgebale and professional, she told the history of every place we visited in a very interesting way that keeps you wanting to listen and know more. I highly recommend FixTravel for their professionalism and friendly attitude. I for one wouldn't have known to reach to these special and magnificent spots on my own at this time, but thanks to them I had a lot of stories to go home with.
