Reviewed By jo-schopsThe owner brought us to the monastery and provided a guide for us. The hotel itself is close to the station and the center of town. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The hotel provides WiFi bud sometimes it falls out.

A wonderful small hotel.
Reviewed By NickysjonesWe stayed two nights at the Ulan Hotel. The hotel is located in close proximity to public transport and the centre of town. Our hosts could not speak English but we got by with a smattering of French. They were very helpful in organising a transfer from the train station to the hotel at midnight. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The room was cool this Summer; there was no A/C in our room but opening the windows allowed the cool summer breeze through. We were served a very nice continental breakfast each morning in our room. It was wonderful to start a day of exploring with some ham, fried egg, cucumber and tomato topped off with tea and a small cake. I would recommend a stay here :D

Clean nice Hotel, centrally located
Reviewed By Bold-ErdeneOur group stayed in this Hotel one night. Reception girl was very friendly. And 1st floor they have Vietnamese Pho and Japanese restaurant. Also ATM is available in the 1st floor. Bus station and Stores next to this Hotel. They have some big rooms with 4-5 beds. It is good for budget tourists. But that big rooms not included breakfast. Still you could pay and get breakfast from the hotel. Breakfast serves 7.30 am - 9.30 am. In 4th floor the Restaurant located. I'll stay there again, if I go to Ulan-Ude again.

"Gostiny Dvor" is a great place for collective and individual rest! Located in a picturesque place, away from city noise. - Cozy comfortable rooms for living from economy to luxury. Cashless settlement is possible. Wifi \ tv - Guarded, fenced area of the complex. - Hot Finnish steam room with a cool pool, and also with a cozy lounge!

Reviewed By erdem10120Ездили с друзьями большой компанией. На территории есть несколько беседок, где можно с комфортом пожарить шашлыки и посидеть большой компанией. Находится в транспортной доступности от города. Внутри здания расположен банкетный зал.

Reviewed By Dasha_1111111Заказывала через привычный сайт, выбирала по фото и оснащенности номера. В итоге вместо 2х кроватей (односпальной и двуспальной) было три совершенно разные кровати. Не смотря на поздний заезд (19:00 вместо12:00, о чем я заранее предупредила) полы домывали при нас. В номере отсутствовали перечисленные удобства. Ванна грязная, очень холодно, покрывала в пятнах и ощущение что постель не меняли. ОБЕЩАЛИ что отель для некурящих, в номере стоял стойкий запах табака!!! Не знаю на счёт приветливых девушек на ресепшене, мы увидели только женщин которые не идут на контакт и не выполняют свои прямые обязанности

Comfy and very convenient place to stay in Ulan Ude
Reviewed By Seri LWe just want a place to stay a night near by Ulan Ude train station. And we got more than what we paid for. The owner Igor is very friendly and helpful. Not only he made sure we got up early for the 6.00AM train but also we have a hot breakfast to eat before leaving for the train station (300 m. away). The room is roomy, comfortable and heated. We were able to dried out snow coated jacket overnight.

Perfect location and amazing staff!
Reviewed By livetheWILDlifeStayed here for one night as we had a break from the Trans-Siberian before getting the bus to Mongolia. The hotel is in a great location - 5 minutes from the bus station, 1 minute from a supermarket, 2 minutes from a fab restaurant (Modern Nomads) and 5 minutes from the centre. The staff were very helpful - they helped us buy our bus tickets before we arrived and did everything they could to help when we were there. It's a tiny hotel - literally three bedrooms - but it had everything we needed for one night's rest!
