LOVELY!

i have stayed at the TRL four or five times. I have travelled to Botswana 5 times in the past 10 years. I have read the "bad" review on the TRL which was posted by a visitor who was there in October 2021. I was there in September 2021. We stayed 2 nights. The TRL has always been lovely when I've been there. The rooms (the "babblers') have always been clean, well laid out, and fresh. The food has always been good. I have never encountered a rude or uncaring staff member. The reception that I have received every time I have stayed at the TRL has been welcoming, polite and helpful. I have always had help taking my luggage to my room (I have never had to ask... it is simply done as a matter of course.) The pool is not large, but it has always been clean. If I have ever needed something, the staff has been quick to respond and provide. The negative review I read prompted me to write this review. Frankly, when I read that review I wondered if we were talking about the same lodge. I love the TRL and it has been and likely always will be my first choice for accommodation in Maun.

Wonderful

Reviewed By sgorick

Spent three nights at Kadizora Camp in May 2022. It was fantastic. We enjoyed daily drives, boat rides, a hot air balloon ride and the camp. We saw so many animals, thanks to OC, our awesome guide. In addition to being a great guy, he amazed us with his tracking skills and took great care of us with snacks, beverages, and warm ponchos while out in the grasslands. The camp was so comfortable. The rooms are nice, the food was very good, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so accommodating and really have thought of everything , like the hot water bottles in our beds. Brought back wonderful memories, unbelievable photos, and the sundown tradition!

The staff was extremely accommodating, the food was very delicious and the rooms were very clean with a breathtaking view of the waterhole. In the high season there are up to 300 elephants. We will not forget this lodge and the warm staff so quickly. Thank you!
