The hotel is located in 300 meters from Lake Baikal. In the center of settlement Listvjanka, in Krestovaya fall. Nearby there is Nikolskaya church, a museum " a Retro park ", a chanson-shelter, the center of rideable sports, hire of Horses and the center of productive leisure. Also you can reach on foot the central area, the Baikal museum.The hotel will consist of three independent constructions:1. Hostel with three three-local rooms (in it a warm toilet, heating, hot cold water, a shower - separately costing in the street)2. Apartments for 2 people (numbers are on 3 floor of a cottage, kitchen the general toilet and a shower)3. Hotel with three 2х local numbers (are completely arranged well, in each number of souls, the TV)In a court yard of hotel (хостела) you can take advantage of the Mangal, a little table under a bird cherry, free parking place.

Reviewed By Axel5171Such a lovely, peaceful place. Slept so well as there was no noise whatsoever. Owner very welcoming and helpful and room lovely and warm and comfortable. Walking distance (about 1 mile) to Listvyanka centre with bars and restaurants on the side of the lake. Absolutely loved this place!

Reviewed By Noel MWe stayed at Nataly in the Suite 2 , a beautiful room with a great view . Overall we really enjoyed our stay , and the food was excellent , such a wonderful chef . The other staff were very friendly and helpful too. Natalie has a home from home feel to it , comfortable and relaxing . I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Listvankya, I will certainly resturn .

SUPERB VIEWS OVER THE LAKE
Reviewed By KerrienAny trip to Irkutsk on the Trans- Siberian deserves a stay at Lake Baikal. At the far end of Irkutsk Markets is a group of small mini- vans and one here will take you to Listvyanka on the shores of Lake Baikal in around 45 minutes to an hour for less than $4. The busses run to no timetable but simply wait until they are full ( 10 people and around 20 mins between trips) You can ask the driver to put you off at the bridge over the Reka Krestovka River in Listvyanka to walk to this Guesthouse or wait for the terminus which is around 100 metres further on in front of Hotel Mayak. Busses also leave from the Central Bus Station in Iskutsk and the train station. Everyone knows Sudzilovskaya Street (the first street over the bridge on Listvyanka side running off Ulitsa Gor’kogo (the street running around the waterfront.) We were recommended to this address by some fellow travellers. On arrival, we met the owner (a very kind lovely lady) who lives in the house closest to the road. She took us further down the path through beautiful gardens to where we were staying and we paid our tariff. There was 4 bedrooms in this building which looked like a wooden ski chalet and we settled into the room on the first floor with a glorious view. The room we had for just the 2 of us had 4 beds in it, and a bathroom downstairs and was exceptional value at 750 roubles per person a night. The beds were fabulously comfortable with fresh spotlessly clean linen. There was heating in the room which we didn’t require, but I guess in Winter it would be a necessity. There was a kitchenette downstairs with all utensils and well stocked. The 4 girls downstairs made good use of the kitchen but we didn’t. The bathroom was clean and the shower was piping hot. Check in is from 1pm here and check out is by midday. We stored our luggage with the owner on our last day and couldn’t fault anything at this address. The view from our window with both windows open was sublime…..simply amazing, looking out over beautiful Lake Baikal. There’s lots to see and do in Baikal, lots of museums and plenty of tourist shops. We took a cruise on the Lake for a few hours at 500 roubles per person. You can go out to Olkon Island for a few days by ferry also. On the way back to Irkutsk do stop at the Taltsy Wood Museum. It’s about 15 minutes from Listvyanka (the driver will put you off.) It’s a collection of wonderful Siberian buildings and artifacts that deserve 4 hours. Bereg Baykala Guesthouse is a top address in Listvyanka and would be perfect for singles, couples or an entire family. It’s warm and cosy and is set in beautiful gardens, has an outside area to relax in and a BBQ. The views are amazing either way from here and we were told its less than a half hours walk to the ski fields at Baikal in Winter. There’s plenty of street parking there too. We ate at The Baikal Dreams Café (beside the bridge) and walked over the bridge (away from the Listvyanka village) to Ulitsa Kulikova Street where you are spoilt for choice with good restaurants.

Reviewed By kerakelaVery basic. Single room has a narrow bad, wardrobe, small journal table and old-fashioned TV. My room was on the 5th floor, balcony has cement, not-painted floor. Bathroom is very small, while sitting in the toilet I couldn’t close the door cause my knees were outside bathroom )) I’m 167 cm tall, just in case. So I was lucky to have single room, I guess. Towel was fresh, so were sheets and blanket. No complementary water bottles but there is a cooler on the ground floor. No hairdryer, even on reception. No deposit box in the room. No hot water in the shower in the morning )) because everybody is taking shower I guess. So, the higher is your floor less water there will be. Breakfast served without choice. Enough to get full but very simple - porridge, sausage or eggs, pancakes, and not high cuisine. One day porridge was burnt and smoky. Only instant coffee and teabags. There is a restaurant and a bar on the ground floor. There is nor shop or market on the place neither there are any in few km. If you need something you should take a taxi.

Дом очень уютный,тёплый,а хозяйка Людмила самый гостеприимный и дружелюбный человек,она любит своё дело и всегда следит за порядком,что очень радует.Улица,на которой расположен дом,тихая,нет машин,местных шумных шашлычников и запаха рыбы,только природа и умиротворение.До Байкала мы доходили за 4-5 минут,так близко,а всего Листвянского шума и нет. Летом здесь невероятно красиво,все цветёт и благоухает,обязательно приезжайте все в Чайку Джонатан!Мы с семьёй полюбили это место)

Reviewed By Svetlana SОтель Мандарин достаточно красиво представлен на всех сайтах. Фото номеров стандарт - реальные, но на фото номера гораздо лучше, чем в реальности. Как-то неопрятно в номере. При условиях с сайта booking.com заезда в отель 13:00, прибыв в 15:40 сразу заехать не смогли, номера еще убирались (без особой спешки и стараний) Какие плюсы: вот даже трудно ответить, разве что цена - если нужно что-то не дорого и не очень далеко от Байкала, то Вам сюда. Вид из многих номеров на Байкал. Не близко, но Байкал хорошо видно. Минусы: вся территория поросла травой и крапивой, никто ее не косит. Валяются доски, дрова. по двору бегает собака без привязи - вроде не агрессивная, но иногда и рычит и очень неоднозначно подбегает к ногам ОБРАТИТЕ ВНИМАНИЕ на то, что большинство номеров находится не в том корпусе, что на фото с рыжей крышей, а в другом - новом 3-этажном. До этого корпуса нужно подниматься по длинным лестницам. На фото к этому корпуса - одна лестница, но это не всё. Есть еще две такие же длинные. Т.е. возрастным туристам этот вариант не подойдет, т.к. подниматься туда достаточно тяжело. А если еще и багаж в руках.. Персонал не говорит на русском. Есть только один гражданин ближнего зарубежья, который хоть что-то может сказать. Но на него особо и не надо рассчитывать, т.к. он там, конечно же, ничего не решает. Места для завтраков нет. И первое, что там говорят при вопросе - где проходят завтраки - завтраков у нас нет. При том за завтрак берут 400 руб/чел заранее. И оказывается его еще нужно где-то просить. узнавать и уточнять. Надо не один раз позвонить в администрацию, которая находится в другом отеле, чтобы что-то решить. Ресторана нет. Кафе нет. И еще раз - территория - очень не аккуратная. вроде бы что-то придумано, беседка, кресла для отдыха, но увы - глаз глядя на двор вовсе не радуется. Вывод для меня лично: Если прижало - и нужно на одну ночь куда-то приткнуться, то можно. Но вот жить там, проводить отпуск как туристы 2 дня и более - нет. ни за что.. если только Вы ни китайцы.. Возможно в номерах выше класса стандарт лучше, но платить за стандарт 3500 за номер, + по 400 руб/чел/сут за завтрак и получать такой сервис - как-то не серьезно. Лучше поискать альтернативу.

Reviewed By Константин ПОчень хороший гостевой дом, выглядит очень новым, на территории большая, закрытая парковка, беседка, где можно сделать барбекю, плюс на первом этаже основного домика магазин с большим выбором. До берега 5 минут пешком. Единственный минус, ванная, все там хорошо, но не очень хороший запах был, постоянно держали включенной вытяжку и все было нормально, и плюс настроить теплую воду не просто, очень резкий переход между кипятком и очень холодной водой :), но это мелочи!

Reviewed By _B9601QZКрасивая гостиница на первой линии. Приятный персонал, хорошая кухня. Для спокойного отдыха вдвоём прекрасно подходит. Вид на Байкал с балкона завораживает - закат солнца просто чудо! Не очень удобная лестница между этажами, но приноравливаешся быстро. Кедровая банька достаточно хороша. Спасибо за приятные воспоминания!

Отличное соотношение цены и качества
Reviewed By Elena KОчень волновались, когда выбирали гостевой дом, но с этим отелем нам очень повезло. Домик чистый и очень тёплый, есть даже печка в доме. Хозяйка дружелюбная и все подготовила к приезду гостей. Удобства в доме: душ и санузел.
