Reviewed By katjat792Really unprofessional and awful service! So stay away and find another place to stay! The way they handle problems is terrible and they definetely don't deserve rating 4. It's a pity that this kind of bad service still exist.

Dirty Room and awful service
Reviewed By BPok122With my Girlfriend we stayed there for 2 Nights. Firstly we got dirty Room, sleeping ropes where dirty, on cupboard was used tissue and on glasses was WATER! "Maid Forgot to clean " was the response! But got new room without troubles On breakfast we had to wait 40 min to get it. People that came later and had the same breakfast set was serviced first! And the only response from waiter was "sorry". I totally not recommend this hotel to anyone. Regards, B.

It's an ok place, a bit far away and old beds
Reviewed By Elin TIt is a standard guesthouse of Georgia. Bathroom is very clean, but the rest is ok clean. The kitchen is in the same room as the owners living room. You can cook here. The owner (woman) screams a lot on her animals (a very cute and friendly German Sheppard and a tiny black kitten). I don't know why, but it is not very cool. Poor animals.

Reviewed By E-doggoבעל המקום גורמי מאוד נחמד (אבל לא יודע אנגלית), בניין משופץ מאוד יפה, חדרים עם מיטות זוגיות, מרפסת ומטבחון משותפים. אפשר לעשות כביסה. אין ארוחות בוקר אבל מאוד קרובים לרחובות ראשיים ולטיילת החוף. ממליץ למי שמחפש לילה יחסית זול בבטומי.

Быть в столице Аджарии и не попробовать настоящий аджарский шашлык - это преступление. И теперь мы точно знаем, где будем останавливаться в Батуми на пикник. Гостевой дом Jako и его прекрасная хозяйка-волшебница Мэри нас очаровали. Мы забыли про закрытый общепит. Хачапури по-аджарски, Синори, Чирбули и, конечно, гастрономическое чудо на мангале - аджарский шашлык - это потрясло нас даже больше, чем сам город, море и природа Аджарии. Ощущение было такое, что приехали к тёте в деревню. Нас встретили по-семейному, во всём заботились и помогали. Вкуснейшее домашнее вино - белое, розовое и чёрное (так называют в Грузии красное вино) мы продегустировали и не удержались - забрали с собой. А какой прекрасный сад во дворе дома - из мандариновых деревьев, которые цвели в этот момент. Воздух был наполнен изысканным тонким ароматом цветущих деревьев. Мандарины здесь созревают в январе. Кстати, здесь я узнала, что мандарины не могут быть с косточками. Это гибриды с апельсинами. Мандарины должны быть маленькие, а шкурка легко отделяться. Век живи, век учись, дураком помрёшь. Вино здесь стоит дешевле, чем в магазинах, и вкуснее. А еда намного вкуснее и душевнее, чем в ресторанах. Мы приехали на арендованной машине, но можно добраться и маршруткой, и поездом, и самолётом. Reviewed By catherineisonlineMy husband and I booked a room here a week ago on booking and arrived here today. This women started scamming us that we didn’t make reservation and then when she found out I am Georgian started saying she has no rooms and trying to offer some other hotel. Funny thing is she messaged and called my husband earlier and was asking if we are coming. It’s a scam and I don’t recommend coming here at all especially if you are a tourist!!

Best home in Batumi
Reviewed By ÇAĞDAŞ KIf you are going to batum, you should stay in Warm house on Asatiani Lane. Rooms are big, clean and have modern furniture. The street is quiet and safe. The Best homeowner in the world. I felt like i at my home. Marina cooked traditional foods. Omar shared home made wines. :) we cooked and eat together a lot times. When you want help, they are always ready for help. They know English, Russian, Georgian, Turkish. If i come again to batum, i will stay in here. I advice to all my friends. Thanks for everything. Mari, Omar, Lasha, Teo..and little anastasia and dachi :)

Good location and staff, but average room.
Reviewed By Nika_AlovVery good location, literally a walking distance to the all main attractions and to the beach. I didn't like the breakfast, it wasn't tasty at all (just porridge and cold rice with stuffed pepper). At the same price you could find better. Nearby there are many cafe and restaurant (see my review "Breakfast time"). Bathroom facilities were very poor, almost broken shower curtain and poor lighting. Room had a Tv set and a small balcony. We've booked a double room, and when I asked to change it if possible to the twin room they agreed to do it. When we arrived, we were told that we will be placed into a triple room as there were problems with bathroom in twin room (of course, free of charge). Staff was friendly and nice. Just once there were fors major situation when at reception was left only georgian speaking guy. The next day manager several times apologised for that, and explained it as an unexpected situation when nobody else could be there. The room hasn't been cleaned for four nights that we stayed there. The biggest advantage is the location, and the price for this location was quite good.

Nice hotel
Reviewed By Oremilak1Hotel is in perfect location . 2min from statue Medea ,. Place is very quiet, room is clean with refrigeration and flat tv . Everything in the room worked . Breakfast was very good. Receptionist was very nice and kind person . Only minus is that breakfast is served from 9am. We would definitely stay here again .
