It is located in Nara park surrounded by deers. I traveled by car which was very convenient since it’s a bit long walk from the city and very dark at night. Parking need to be reserved in advance ¥1000/day. Our room was nice and cozy, fully equipped kitchen, comfy double bed and plenty of space for kid. Absolutely recommend this place if you travel by car and with kids. Not so far from all famous attractions. Love this place and definitely come back again.

It is quite remote but pretty decent
Reviewed By RohaizaIt feels like staying in a japanese style houses but it is quite far away although it is very near a train Station. If u stay in a smaller room u'll feel cozy but in a bigger room it is quite cold cause i was there during winter. U have to share a bathroom but my room was just next to it.

Reviewed By PhyllisGGWe were tardy in deciding to go to Nara and this appeared to be our best choice -what a mistake!Although the exterior was pleasant looking, this was by far the nastiest experience - not welcoming -really grumpy and uncooperative. I am quite accustomed to futons, but these were not only unmade, but totally without filling -just two sheets on the floor. The pillow was a Japanese style filled with buckwheat which was so uncomfortable that my son asked for another type pillow and possibly a different futon. The manager/owner screamed at him and told him we should just "suck up!" (My son speaks Japanese) as we were only staying one night. My vote for worst innkeeper ever!

Small, cozy hotel close to Nara Park
Reviewed By Felicity GSmall, Western-style hotel in a peaceful residential neighborhood a short walk from Todaiji and a 5-minute bus ride away from Kintetsu Nara station. Our twin room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - beautifully presented and freshly cooked with lots of vegetables and nice bread/pastries. A lovely place to stay, and also quite reasonably priced.

Reviewed By hakuyokk共済組合からお試しクーポン券が送付されてきたので、近場の奈良に宿泊しました。高畑の歴史的風致地区にあり（志賀直哉旧邸や高畑サロンがお隣の距離にあります）環境は抜群です。奈良公園・東大寺・興福寺等のインバウンドや修学旅行生で沸いている喧騒からは別世界です。当館も嘗ては個人の邸宅だったのをリノベーションしたのでしょう、趣のある数寄屋風の建物に一部手を加えた建築になっている様です。アメニティーや設備は最新のホテルや旅館と比べるのは野暮なんだか小中学の修学旅行が思い出されて懐かしいやら嬉しいやら、部屋数も少なく泊まっている方も年配の落ち着いた方々で、スタッフも家族的なサービスで寛げました。夕方の大和牛会席のお味は上々でした、ただお料理が出てくるペースが速すぎる様に思いました、ゆっくり味わいたいのです。朝の茶粥は奈良・和歌山以外の方には珍しいのでしょうね、お米の柔らかさや水加減は好く美味しく頂けました。次回は秋、涼しくなった紅葉シーズンに２泊プランで訪れてみようと思います。

Reviewed By mirokushirousagi学生の頃からお世話になっています。天川弁財天神社の境内すぐそばにあり、天川弁財天をたっぷり満喫するには絶好の立地条件です。いつでも参拝に行けます。夜の天川弁財天も魅力的です。星空を眺めるにも安全です。私は中秋の名月の前日に宿泊したのですが、天川弁財天神社の方角から月が昇り、山の空気の流れで村雲が風にのって動く隙間から星々を眺め、神秘的な夜空を満喫出来て満足でした。 また、お食事が主に地元野菜の食材を使った身体にやさしい手料理で、とても美味。ヘルシーなので量があるように見えてもペロリと完食♪それでいてお腹にもたれません。工夫が凝らされていて、手間をきちんとかけた、食べる人を思いやっての手料理…というのが伝わってきて、食している間、穏やかな気持ちにどんどんなってきます。思わず無言で食べてしまうんです。美味しくて…。普段からこういう食事をとらないといけないなぁ…とつくづく実感させられました。お部屋も綺麗ですし、各部屋にノートがあり、宿泊された方々の想いが綴られているのを読むのも楽しいです。宿のオーナーご夫婦もとても親切です。少し歩いたところに村営の温泉があり、小さい規模ですが、楽しめます。天川弁財天神社をゆったり満喫するのにおすすめです。

Reviewed By Jet651223飛鳥駅の改札を出て右方向へ３分、小川沿いに有ります。夕食も美味しかったですが、朝食☕??は最高でしたね。フレンチトーストかと思いきや、それが卵料理でした。 ロールパンは温かく保たれ、全てに気配りが有りました。

Reviewed By GoPlaces808059建物は、ザ昭和的な懐かしい佇まい。実家に帰って来たようで落ち着きます。食事も自宅にいる様な感じで品数が多くて満足。朝食も定番で美味しいです。お風呂は近くの温泉施設が宿泊者のみお安く入れるチケットがあるので女将さんへ伝えて下さい。
