現地に住んでいる友人に連れて行ってもらいました。田んぼの中に突然あらわれるオシャレな建物。中に入ると「なんでこんな場所にこんなオシャレなお店があるの？」と思うぐらいの店内。お料理は、その時の旬のものを使った野菜たっぷりのバイキングと、地元でも有名なお蕎麦屋さんのお蕎麦を食べることができます。その時手に入った旬のものが食べられるとのことなので、近くに寄った時はまた伺いたいです。

小嶋屋本店から徒歩で向かいました。２回人に聞いて見つけましたが・・・・。お店の前に「売り切れで閉店」の張り紙。お店の人がいたので聞きましたが「残念！」。皆さん～へぎそばの食べ歩きをするときは、営業時間・定休日・場所をチェツックして是非行って下さい。田麦そばさんは十日町駅からは遠いですが歩けます。売り切れになるほどうまいのでしょう～！次回は！

A great soba experience. The restaurant has a really nice style and feel. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and the soba is delicious. A great place to try Tokamachi's famous soba.

Beautiful food (mountain vegetables, local produce), carefully prepared, served by lovely staff. The restaurant itself is an artwork, and tables look out over other artworks and rice fields.

帰省の都度通っているお蕎麦屋さん。３度楽しめる天ばら膳はおおきなおひつにおおきなかき揚げがあり、その下にごはんがあります。まずはかき揚げをさばき、かきあげ丼として、次はそれに玉子天とネギでいただきます。最後は梅干しとわさびに出汁をかけいただきます。名古屋のひつまぶしの小嶋屋風ですが、それぞれたのしめ良かったです。
