Family meal, staff and service good, but food was a let down. Prawn cocktail was slapped on a plate and just defrosted the garlic mushrooms were good. Steaks were ok but Rissoto looked more like porridge. Pizza was undercooked and topped with processed chicken, will not be going back.Thanks for the positive comments about the staff, I'll be sure to relay the message. Came here as a group to celebrate 3 different birthdays. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. They also have a separate vegan menu with vegan starter and main options. My boyfriend and I opted for the roast pepper bruschetta and the focaccia with pine nuts and rosemary to start, we then shared the vegan pizza and the broccoli pasta. Great tasty food, you can tell they use fresh and high quality ingredients. Lovely atmosphere with checkered table cloths, little table outside where you can sit and have a drink, and of course the prosecco bar upstairs if you fancy a drink or two. Would definitely recommend.

My first visit to this restaurant and I was impressed from the minute I arrived. The decor and ambiance is fabulous. We went as a large group and were seated upstairs. The staff are very friendly and our food orders came promptly despite the size of our group. The upstairs restaurant is amazing. Very large and spacious and a has a fantastic atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed their food which arrived hot and was presented beautifully. I had the lobster and prawn starter which was divine. There is a rooftop terrace where you can have pre/after dinner drinks which looked great. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area. Cannot wait to return.

Been here a few times now and although Iâve never come away with bad feelings towards this establishment because the food is ok but for the price which in my opinion is a little on the high side I think it could and should be a lot better especially in a large town where competition is healthy.

A warm welcome upon arrival as we were quickly appointed a wonderful table on a busy Monday night. The most friendly service, particularly from our waitress for the evening, Natalie, who is a credit to herself. Our food was so tasty and beautifully presented (huge portions!) with great options for gluten free. A lovely evening at Rinaldiâs !

The whole family visited here after seeing good reviews online. The food was of a very good standard with a wide variety of dishes. The one thing that stopped this getting five stars was the service, which was good but on occasions we were left waiting for drinks (my top up was ordered at the start of the main course and came at the end). A very good visit, but just needs a little more on the service

Had a great time with the wife. Staff were excellent especially with how busy it was. The magic tricks and pranks were a lovely touch and created a great atmosphere. But the best bit was the food which was absolutely amazing. I have paid much more for food in the past which hasn't come close to this. I have already arranged to visit again with the whole family.
