First, this "pizzeria" is run bu Turks and not Italians. No big deal, albeit it's not authentic. But most of all: pizzas are not good. Certainly not a thin & crispy crust, not even the thick chicago style. It comes more close to Pizza Hut, but after one bite I spat it out. Decor is very simple and has a disagreable smell. Maybe there are amateurs for this joint, but not me.

After 21:00 only pizza is served. Pizza is nice. But was served in plates smaller than the pizza and pizza is served without being sliced. The waitress was very unhelpful to us and refused to serve us desserts telling us that the kitchen is closed, while 1 minute before, desserts had been served to another table. Maybe another time...

I do not suggest this restaurant. Main pizza chef uses the payment touchscreen that all staff uses without cleaning hands. Phones are used in the kitchen without cleaning hands. The soda is watered out in the sink and served in dirty glasses. They smoke inside. Floor is dirty and tables are dirty. Pizza is ok but cant enjoy it thinking about the hygene standards.

Food was good and pizza was large one group had the calzone which was enormous. Catered for a group of 10 well but a little slow. Food was hit went arrived though.

Helpful service, reasonable prices and food that exceeded expectations.The salad buffet had all sorts of different dressings which really transformed the salad. The pizzas were beautifully cooked and huge and the sea food pasta, was tasty, massive and full of seafood. Other food being served to other tables all looked extremely good as well.

We went here to enjoy pizzas as the lovely pizza smell from the street was so inviting. The staff were friendly and all, but it was a bit chaotic. We placed our orders and I ordered my pizza without mushrooms. When we got served the man who served us said "Calzone without mushrooms" which was reassuring until I started eating it. It was full of them. Not so nice. The pizzas were also very salty. Normally after a day in the mountains salty food is quite ok, but it was too salty for my taste. No one of the staff had time to ask how we found the food as the place was crowded. Prices were ok and you could also order pasta and salads etc. Wouldn't be my first choice in Lermoos, but maybe we were unlucky.

We have visited Al Castagno many times. The food is always very good, we usually eat pizza and pasta, with a side salad. Portions are generous and they welcomed our dog in the restaurant too. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The toilets are downstairs so might be an issue for disabled access but to be fair I have not seen if they have a ground level disabled toilet or not. All round a good meal and reasonably priced, a local favourite when we visit the area.

Di passaggio in Nassereith un paio di giorni, mi sono fermato qui per cena, Una piacevola sorpresa torvare un'ottima pizzeria con forno a legna qui, ordinado poi una frutti di mare,ottima, grande e ben cotta, unica nota da estendere alle pizzerie austriache, mettono molte spezie secche, ma consigliatissima se passate dalla zona. servizio eccelente e rapido, personale cortese ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Facile da trovare poco dopo la fine del paese ed ampio parcheggio.
