All right, doing my workout round the city wall, I passed this crowded place. So starving after the shower brought me here - pizza or pasta was the question...Pizza with Mozzarella, Rocket, Parmesan and extra pesto (would have been my pasta of choice) made it. The pesto was extra and it took some time to convince the waitress. She said about 10 times, this is what they normally never do but today I was lucky. It was ok, the pesto not homemade. I might come back.

Thier Pizza taste very good and a lot of choices.The Portion is standard and everything is fresh example the Salat. One can also order other Nudeln Menus, and also the suitable Drinks.Here one can dine with family or friends or celebrate birthdays and other occasions. The Personals are friendly and thier service is comfortable. They can recommend suitable menus to a gathering. It is clean and spacious enough.

We had a business dinner for 5 and had already pre ordered antipasti (salami, cheese, veggies etc) Main course was pasta with fish which was very delicious.We also had some dessert and coffee and finnished with Grappa recommanded by the owners. Before settling the bill, the owners paid us some more grappa and we chatted like old friends. I can only recommand this fantastic restaurant.

The place is really crowded, but in spite of this the service is quick and friendly. The quality of the food is outstanding. I enjoyed the lunch in this restaurant very much. So, if you're in the vicinity and if you don't want to be disappointed, try to make a reservation for a table in advance.Vielen herzlichen Dank, dass Sie sich sich die Zeit genommen haben Ihre Eindrücke und Meinung über unser Cappuccino auf Tripadvisor mit anderen Gästen zu teilen. Ein Geburtstagsessen mit der Familie; Gott sei dank reserviert. Sehr herzliche und nette Betreuung mit viel ( echtem) italienisch; fühlt sich an wie Urlaub !Egal ob Pizza oder Nudeln; die Qualität ist super. Der 5. â Sternâ fehlt wegen der sehr langen Wartezeit ( weit über eine Stunde) auf unser Essen. Und wenn man länger im Gastraum sitzt ist man ziemlich verräuchert. Zusätzlich zu dem voll besetzten Restaurant gibt es noch echt viel zum Mitnehmen; vielleicht ist das ein bisschen viel für die kleine Küche! Wir versuchen es noch mal unter der Woche.

Loved the food and the front of house staff where professional all the time. Unfortunately my card was not accepted as it was English. A little disappointed but will go back with cash next time.

We'd wandered into the centre of the village and this restaurant was the most welcoming - a good choice as we ended up eating there on the two nights we were in Korbecke, a busy time for the town as they were celebrating the local shooting/marksman festival. A good buzz about the place and good food and service - definitely recommended.

The food served at Al Lago was OK: not disappointing, but not exceptional. The main advantage of the place is the location, great starting point for a nice walk at the Mohnesee lakeside. The big plus for the Al Lago are operating hours (till 11pm), making it the best place to stop by for late evening snack when you are staying around the area and most places are already closed. Staff could be slightly nicer - a welcoming smile would earn one more star in the overall rating. When entering the place, I felt a bit unwelcomed, until a follow-up conversation with Staff that I insisted on. It revealed the Staff are humans too!
