Great atmosphere& Vegan Pizza is OK. Sad to see so much barbaric Animal options. Sadly this restaurant has no respect for Health of our Earth, Health of their customers & is harm to cause massive cruelty & murder of billions of Sentient Beings all for a bloody steak. I enjoyed breakfast and lunch here. The masala eggs for breakfast were delicious as was the lemon ginger tea. For lunch I ordered a burger and it was very good. Setting is lovely, service attentive and thereâs plenty of choice. Bar offers choice of drinks and itâs a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There were a few small groups enjoying the space, Iâd recommend.

We wanted to have breakfast there. Entered and the place looked lovely. Said Namaste to the waitress twice. No response. Then we approached, said good morning. No response. He was just looking down to his phone. It was really impossible that he didnât notice us. Then we got real close and said âHello?â (one more time). Finally he lifts his head for only a second and pointes to a table for us. And that was it. Turned our back and left.Who ever is working in a restaurant has more then the responsability to be at least polite. Maybe it was a bad day for him or the restaurant has other waitresses, but donât think that was a reasonable attitude.Maybe the food was great, but a restaurant isnât only about food.Not coming back...

Great food,big portion, good indicator of how good they are. staff service was cheerful, efficient and fairly prompt . I guess the old adage.that you get what you pay applies.aftetrroll this Katmandude grill is my favourite location . Definitely we will come back to visit again soon.

We passed by and like the atmosphere in the cafe Mitra and decided to have dinner there the next day. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances, we went to the cafe almost at closing time. One of the staff is not tactful, and telling us in a not friendly manner that it is closing time.Trying to get us out. He could have said it in a better way.

It may cost a few more rupees than other Thamel restaurants, but you will not find a more beautiful retreat from the bustle of the street or tastier menu items than Melrose. I stopped for lunchtime appetizers; both wings and fries were delicious.But the real pluses are the peaceful setting and the friendly service. Quiet jazz music also sets the right tone.

Very satisfying, the Newari set meal with beaten rice (baji) recalls Newari party food, good quality, and if you want some true local specialities such as goat brain, or dried buffalo flank, or buff achar, that is also sometimes available (ask what the untranslated items on the menu are and if they are available). Lapsi achar was excellent, as are the chatamari. Yomari dough a bit thick and chewy. Service is good, the outdoor patio a pleasant place to eat. Relatively inexpensive, and they are willing to give you seconds if you ask for them, along with extra roasted chili peppers if you want it to be more authentic.

Wow what a find, has to be the best food in Kathmandu by far. Shusila is the friendliest host there is. The Dal Bhat is just amazing and local beer on draft. The cost is very easy on the wallet, value for money for sure. Thank you for an amazing meal and the best service ever. Iâll be back
