Great Location and Good Value of Money
Reviewed By LunasolhkWe stayed for two nights and we enjoyed it. Located across the Tokushima JR station and next to a few shopping areas, it's easily accessible. The hotel car park lot (self-park) is just next to the hotel building and the parking fee is 800yen (3pm to 11noon, just one-time entry) and you can pay the fee at the hotel reception. The room we have is deluxe double, double bed at East Annex. The room is clean and comfortable. Just like other Japanese downtown business hotels, the room is not big but we able to open up two suitcases and still have room to move around. Breakfasts have Western & Japanese choices and we especially love they included local food and cuisine. Public onsen is located at the 11/F and we enjoyed it too. Staff are friendly and speak okay English.

Reviewed By OnAir67172888760I can say that the location is good. Like what the other reviewers said it’s accessible to everything. What I didn’t enjoy was it’s different from the previous branch that we stayed at. This one is more outdated than the other branch. The pillows was hard as a rock and so the bed. The parking fee is not expensive.

Reviewed By goforholidayWe stayed one night in early August during our Shikoku trip. The family room with 4 beds has a sea-facing balcony with beautiful sunrise view. This hotel is convenient for stay if you visit Arts Museum and Naruto Whirlpool nearby. There is a free underground car park. The beach does not look appealing and the swimming pool is swarmed with kids due to summer holiday. So we don't bother to swim at this hotel but use the onsen instead. As we stayed in Annexed building next to Main building, there are two corridors to connect both buildings for passage to lobby on ground floor as well as on upper floor to the onsen. The best thing is the extremely delicious buffet with so many varieties during breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff with nice resort environment, I would love to stay in this hotel if I go to Naruto again.

The room was a bit on the small side, but clean and had everything you could think of. A major plus was the free parking. They even let me leave my car in their parking after check-out until I completed the marathon.

Reviewed By majickaThe restaurants in the xiv are up there with the best in the area. Unbelievable golf courses to be found here, as well as welcoming, friendly staff. The room we had in the Sanctuary Lodge was huge with an enormous jacuzzi and comfortable bedrooms. The golf courses are immaculate. Great spot!

Reviewed By ziobilly2015I found it expensive for what it was offering. The single room is o.k., nothing to complain. But was not extraordinary. The breakfast was not comprised in the room price. I decided to have it anyway. Simple breakfast buffet, but complete. possibility to have either japanese-style or western breakfast.

Reviewed By kazuhi-w文字通り阿南市役所そば、繁華街にも近くて利便性も高いホテル。ただし繁華街にはお店が多いわけでもないので早めに出たほうが安心です。 お部屋はあまり広くはありませんでしたが清潔で快適。 何よりも地元食材も多い朝食がおいしい。おすすめです。

I know it's a rural area but...
Reviewed By osakangirlIt was the second visit as the hotels near Tokushima station was full. Didn't expect a great service as it's in a country side, old and relatively cheap accommodation. But the hotel staffs were not helpful and the food at their coffee shop was not great... Will never come back again. Recommend to have breakfast at the nearest Starbucks. There's one within a walking distance.

Free parking, of course, big car OK. It is a 5-minute drive from Tachibana Bay power plant and has also been used in the pilgrimage of the Shikoku 88 place. This room has a calm look and cleanliness. We also offer long-term discounts. The restaurant is well-received for the guests ' exclusive seafood dinner and Japan dishes made from Tokushima produce. Course with course and domestic eel for lunch only, mini Kaiseki is also popular. Fresh seafood, abalone and lobster seafood are also available. We also have meat and creative dishes that are good for people who are not good at fish.
