Worth the money
Reviewed By yuhin85Booked this hotel at the very last minute due to sudden change of travel plan. Choose it because of its prime location in Tenjin and the hotel offer parking lot (1500 yen per night). Turn out the experience is great. Spacious room considering its prime location at city centre, well decorated and tidy room. Strong and stable wifi connection. We dined at the tenpanyaki restaurant and enjoyed a 30% discount as room guest. The food is awesome and highly recommend to try out the restaurant. Definitely worth the money though it's a bit expensive comparing to hotels nearby

Hmmm....) through the stay, all the way to check out, this hotel was just right. For shopping and eating, the area is perfect. The subway is close by. Taxis are everywhere. And lots to do late at night in the immediate area. The staff were great. The room, while not huge, was adequate. And the amenities were quite good. Will be back!

Reviewed By wwwt56Stayed here for business for a number of days. It is quite close to Tenjin Station (maybe 10 minutes), and to a number of large department stores. The hotel is showing its age, and is in need of restoration. The rooms are quite small (as expected in Japan) and with the capsule Bathroom/Toilet arrangement. The air conditioning seemed to be on heat mode - which was annoying as the room was facing the south and capturing the sun. The western breakfast options were not overly interesting, but there was a good selection of Japanese breakfast items. Coffee was by machine and not overly hot. I did not eat dinner here, but visited a number restaurants within 2 blocks of the hotel (on the main road and in the back streets) - some good choices. Check in and check out times differed from what I was told by staff, so although I had to pay to stay longer, it was not as per the timeslot told to me - which was an annoying end to the visit.

There is no need to use the subway to go to Canal City, Tenjin Underground Mall, 24 hours open Ichiran, Don Quixote and all the other places that's a must go when in Fukuoka. The room is quite small but clean. Staff are hospitable and helpful. Breakfast is good and the area has a very nice view.

Reviewed By 463elsatThis hotel is a bit old and it was not clean enough in the bathroom (I found somebodies hairs over there) but it locations is good and the costs are reasonable. Bed is comfy and with a quiet environment.

Reviewed By MarjieG884The rooms were adequate, large even by Japan standards. Very convenient to everything. Breakfast was mostly bread. Easy access to the hotel after hours. The staff were very helpful with shipping our luggage to Kyoto.

Reviewed By Hoegaarden987Staid at the Hotel Fukuoka Garden Palace for business purposes. Nice location, close to Tenjin, where you can find many shops and restaurants. The staff were very nice and caring, and even let me use their refrigerator (I bought some spicy mentaiko). What I was surprised the most was the spacious room that I was given. I have travelled many times to Japan, and usually the hotel rooms are small and cramped (I say this even though I am only 170 cm tall). The size of the room was large enough so that I could leave my two pieces of luggage open on the floor, and still walk around comfortably. The wifi worked fine as well. I would say very good value for the money.

Reviewed By marit673ツインルームに1泊しましたが、設備も真新しく、部屋も綺麗に保たれていました。 ユニットバスもいわゆるUBではなくやや広めでデザイン性も高いバスルームでとても快適でした。 また利用したいホテルの一つになりました。
