Good hotel, not cheap, very friendly staff
Reviewed By WimJARNice hotel, traditional look. It fits very well in the environment. A good hotel if you stay in Southern Germany and look for a place in the country side. Also a good place to stay for one night if you travel from Northern to Southern Europe and want a stop above the Alps. Nice staff: we stayed for one night and asked for a lunch (a few rolls) for the next day (trip to Italy) and that was no problem, so free of charge. However, the hotel is not quite cheap. But: value for money.

Reviewed By DieNadineHSehr modern, ordentlich und schick, aber leider hatte unser Zimmer ein Loch in der Decke, welches provisorisch mit einer Plane und Klebeband abgedeckt wurde. Sah alles andere als schön aus. Aber sonst hatte das Zimmer eine schöne Atmosphäre, bodentiefe Fenster und Fußbodenheizung!

Reviewed By Kenneth TThis place is impeccable. Outside looks a trifle dated but don't get fooled. Inside all is updated and perfectly fresh. Rooms are nice, bathrooms are completely new, beds are new and fab. Breakfast is super. Staff is great. What more can you wish? The restaurant is well worth visiting in the evening. They serve well cooked German food that isn't expensive. Try their Holzfäller steak if you are hungry. They also serve several beers from the tap.

Best hotel during our Germany trip
Reviewed By 992camillanSuch service minded and kind staff, they were so welcoming and went above and beyond. The breakfast was excellent with lots of things to choose from, many German items (much appreciated!). The view from the room was excellent too. No complaints, will recommend this to others and visit again if I get to this part of Germany.

SPA weekend
Reviewed By Irina VI was staying in this hotel for one weekend! The area is wonderful! People are very friendly and the food is delicious! The rooms are a bit small but very cozy and sweet! I had 3 SPA procedures there: feet massage, back massage and face beautifying. The masseuse is amazing and very friendly and professional! My stay was very nice and pleasant!

Really good regional kitchen
Reviewed By Thomas FVery nice hotel, that we have used many time for an overnight stay on our way for skiing in Austria. This time we got one of the newly renovated rooms. This room was nicely renovated in the typical Bavarian style. The restaurant is still very good and also the breakfast buffet vas nice.

Overdag een sprookje , een nachtmerrie als je wilde slapen !
Reviewed By 109peggyvWat een mooie omgeving!! De receptie werd na 15.00 uur bemand , dus tijd om op de fiets de omgeving te verkennen : prachtig en wat een mogelijkheden voor fietsers !! Terug bij het hotel: alle covid-19 maatregelen werden in acht genomen! De kamer was prima , goede bedden en mooi uitzicht. Er werd aan de overkant gebouwd dus er was wat bouw lawaai. Misschien daardoor geen acht geslagen op het toeterende geluid als er een trein aankwam. Zelfs de dichte luiken konden niet voorkomen dat we 4X per uur werden opgeschrikt door het "gillende "getoeter van een passerende trein . Er waren overgangen zonder bewaking dus...... Heel vroeg zaten we aan het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet. Met mondkapjes en met geleverde plastic handschoenen kon je zelf nemen wat je wilde! Op de terugreis zouden we weer in dit hotel verblijven , maar na lang beraad toch maar geannuleerd. Heel jammer : zo'n sprookjesachtige omgeving ; zeer hartelijke mensen , maar je wil toch ook uitgerust op weg gaan!
